ACOP TESTING METHOD

Test method for up speed

1. Permanent magnet synchronous traction machine, the brake is triggered by


disconnecting the safety circuit after the speed limiter is activated. The testing method
is as follows:
1.1 Check and confirm that the safety electrical device of the speed limiter is
functioning properly and effectively;

1.2 According to the nameplate of the speed limiter for electrical action speed

(upward), correctly set the percentage value of F7-32 (recommended value is
100, considering on-site safety, it is not recommended to exceed the rated speed

1.3 Main board keypad F-8=24, enter test mode, digital tube T24 and floor numbers
flash alternately;

1.4 The elevator blocks internal and external calls, automatically returns to the bottom

floor and stops without opening the door, and then accelerates upwards to the
upward overspeed test speed set by F7-32;

1.5 Activate the overspeed electrical switch of the speed limiter, causing the brake to
operate and the elevator to stop;

1.6 Emergency electric state, restore the overspeed electrical switch on the speed

limiter (if the mechanical mechanism of the speed limiter needs to be restored at
the same time);
1.7 Converted to normal state, the elevator automatically returned to the leveling

floor and opened the door. The call operation on any floor was normal, and the
test ended.

2. There is a gear traction machine, and the rope clamp is triggered by the mechanical

pull lock after the speed limiter is activated. The testing method is as follows:
2.1 The elevator is empty, parked at the ground level position, and the door lock is kept
closed;
2.2 During the emergency electric slow up process, the speed limiter was manually
triggered, causing the rope clamp to interlock and the elevator to stop;
2.3 Emergency electric jog down, press the emergency stop button, reset the
electrical switches and mechanical devices of the speed limiter and rope clamp;
2.4 Restore the emergency stop button and switch to normal mode. The elevator will
automatically return to the level and open the door. If there are no abnormalities
in the call operation on any floor, the test will end.

Note: 1. Non professionals are prohibited from the above operations!


2. Pay attention to safety protection during operation!
3. Confirm that there are no personnel stranded in the shaft and elevator car, and
ensure that the elevator car has sufficient braking travel during the test!
