PARENTAL CIRCULAR REGARDING NEW ACADEMIC SESSION FOR CLASS XI -2023-24

Dear Parent
Greetings of the day
The school envisions a world where children are imbibed with the values of love for family and friends,
care for the elders and needy and share thoughts and ideas globally to create a better and beautiful
world.
We believe in imparting holistic education to our aspiring students enabling them to venture into a
journey of empowerment and moral growth.
NEW ACADEMIC SESSION
The CBSE Board exam for Class X has ended and our students have already chosen their stream and are
ready to join Class XI provisionally. The school has decided to initiate New Academic session
Class XI from Tuesday15th April 2025.
Before we begin with the new session there are few issues that requiresyour kind attention.
1. Students shall be admitted to Class XI provisionally and shall be finally registered after
qualifying the Board exams.
2. Students to report to class according to their streams chosen. In case there is any stream
regarding confusion then your ward can discuss with the in charges.
3. In case your ward’s fee is pending for the previous year then kindly clear the dues before
sending your ward to school.
4. You can deposit the fee for class XI (Session 2025-26) from 9th April, 2025 onwards. Check
the new fee details from the school fee department. (It is pertinent to deposit school fee
for the new academic session before your ward reports to school in Class XI)

NEW ACADEMIC SESSION BEGINS: TUESDAY, 15 APRIL 2025


SCHOOL TIMINGS: 7.55 AM TO 2.00 PM
SUMMER UNIFORM DAYS: NEW UNIFORM (MONDAY TO THURSDAY)
HOUSE UNIFORM DAYS: FRIDAY
SCHOOL OFF DAYS: ALL SATURDAYS (FOR STUDENTS)
(FOR OTHER): ALL GAZETTED HOLIDAYS
FEE COUNTER TIMINGS: 8.30 AM TO 1.00 PM

DISPERSAL SCHEDULE: MODE ENTRY EXIT TIMINGS


Class XI PARENT GATE-2 GATE -2 2.10 pm
Class XI SELF GATE-2 GATE-3 2.00 pm
Kindly take into consideration the previous travelling time and reach the stop to collect your ward.
Morning Bus route pick up time shall remain the same.
In case your ward doesn’t reach the stop on time and you personally care to drop the child to
school then kindly inform the transport in charge or at school reception. Also remember in such
case you need to drop your ward at the school gate before 7.55 am.

 For your convenience Class XI book sets & uniform shall be made available in the school
premises on 12th & 13th April, 2025. Timings 10.00 am to 1.00pm.
Kindly cooperate and complete the formalities at the earliest so that new academic session could be
initiated successfully.
