Introduction

- Purpose: Establish guidelines for efficient workflow and communication

standards to meet the client's BIM requirements and specifications,
aligning with Singapore BIM guidelines and ISO 19650 standards.

- Objectives: Organize BIM uses to maximize efficiency and benefit

throughout the project stages, define BIM goals, roles, responsibilities,
execution process, and expectations for participants.

Project Information

- Project Name: University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital

- Location: Cambodia

- Key Contacts: Includes Project Director, BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator,

and BIM Modeler from MIMAR.TECH.

BIM Uses and Goals

-High Priority: Develop a central BIM coordination model for clash

detection and reduce construction errors through digital modeling.

- Medium Priority: Utilize the information model for detailed control points
in assembly and field construction, establish a web-based workspace for
model access.

- Low Priority: Custom parameters for non-graphic information archiving,

divide discipline models into separate yet correlated locations, and split
model elements for constructible size.

Information Management & Exchange

- Approved Software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

- File Arrangement: Standardized file naming and arrangement categories

for different disciplines.

- Model Standards: Compliance with industry best practices and in-house

standards, including model size limits and modeling requirements.

Collaboration
- Workflow Procedure: Coordination of construction and shop drawings,
real-time status updates, and data sorting and tagging.

- Quality Control: Regular checks for model accuracy, clash detection, and
coordination meetings.

Technology Infrastructure

- Software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

- Hardware: Minimum requirements for performance, including operating

system, CPU, memory, and video display.

Quality Control

- Overall Strategy: Verification of BIMs to meet client requirements, regular

visual checks, interference checks, and model integrity checks.

- Clash Detection: Thorough process to detect and resolve interferences

before construction.

Delivery Strategy

- Project Deliverables: Coordinated models, construction drawings, and

other BIM submittals with specified due dates and formats.
