Job Title: Senior Software Engineer


Location: Hybrid – Headquarters (2–3 days/week) + Remote

intelligent enterprise solutions, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior
Software Engineer to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable,
secure, and high-performance AI-driven SaaS solutions. This role involves working across the
full technology stack—from frontend interfaces to backend services, and AI/ML integration.
You will also lead small project teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation within the
product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and implement scalable microservices-based architectures.


● Integrate AI/ML models into production environments using frameworks such as
TensorFlow or PyTorch.
● Build and maintain RESTful APIs and enterprise-grade backend services using Java and
Python.
● Develop user-friendly frontend applications using React and JavaScript.
● Optimize application performance and implement industry-standard security practices.
● Leverage AWS or Azure for cloud deployments and manage containerization using
Docker and Kubernetes.
● Maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for seamless deployment.
● Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain comprehensive
documentation.
● Mentor junior developers and lead technical efforts on specific components or features.

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


● 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
● Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and Java.
● Solid experience with React, Node.js or Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
● Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS or Azure), containerization (Docker,
Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools.
● Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and model deployment in real-world
applications.
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Master’s degree in a relevant field.


● 7+ years of experience with at least 3 years in AI or enterprise-grade platforms.
● Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud
Professional Engineer.

Soft Skills:

● Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.


● Adaptable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
● Effective communicator with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-
technical stakeholders.
● Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.
