PROBLEM OF STATEMENT

The growing awareness of health and wellness has led to an increased

demand for yoga classes. However, yoga studios face several
challenges, including:

1. Limited Accessibility – Many potential clients struggle to find a yoga

studio that fits their schedule, location, and skill level.

2. Inefficient Booking & Management – Traditional methods of

booking classes and managing memberships (manual registers or
outdated systems) can lead to errors, overbookings, or missed
sessions.

3. Lack of Personalization – Students have different skill levels and

goals, but most yoga studios offer a generic class structure that may
not cater to individual needs.

4. Low Engagement & Retention – Studios often struggle to keep

students engaged and motivated, leading to high drop-out rates.

5. Limited Online Presence – Many small yoga studios lack a strong

digital presence, making it difficult to attract new students.
