Tutorial on how to set up two-factor authentication (2FA) using the

Microsoft Authenticator app

1. Download the Microsoft Authenticator App: First, download and install the Microsoft
Authenticator app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

2. Open the App: Launch the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smartphone.
3. Add an Account: Tap on the "+" button and select "Personal account".
4. Login ERP: Login to the ERP system with your credentials (username and password).

5. Scan the QR Code: Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code displayed on your
computer screen, then press continue.
6. Verify the Code: The app will display a verification code Enter this code on your
computer to complete the setup

7. Successfully login: After entering the code you can access EPR system

Note: In your smartphone open settings go to Date & time and make sure ‘user network-
provided time’ synch automatically
