1. Where do I register for the convocation? a. You can register by logging onto convocation.zu.edu.pk 2. What are the charges for registration? a. Registration charges are Rs. 20,000/- 3. What is the venue for the convocation? a. Ziauddin University Link Road Campus, Education City Gadap Town 4. What is the reporting time for the students at the venue? a. All graduating students have to report to the venue not later than 3 pm on Wednesday 16th April 2025. 5. Where will the photographs be taken? a. Photographs will be taken on 10th April at Ziauddin University, Family Park, Clifton, Opposite gate no. 6. Kindly refer to the group photo schedule and instructions. 6. What are the timings for the ceremony? a. Please refer to the programme given on the convocation registration portal. 7. What happens if I arrive late at the venue? a. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed in the hall or that you can proceed towards the other candidates from your program. If the presentation part of your ceremony has finished, you will not be able to cross the stage. 8. Are my guests allowed to request the official photographer to take their photo? a. All photographs may be requested at the photo booth on the convocation day 9. Are personal photographers allowed? a. No. 10. How do I get my composite (grad class) and convocation photo/s? a. A photo booth will be placed at the venue on the convocation day, where you may purchase your photo/s. 11. If I am not in the country at the time of convocation, can I attend the subsequent convocation ceremony? a. No. 12. What is the procedure for receiving my academic regalia? a. Procedure for receiving academic regalia is given on the convocation registration page. 13. How many guests are allowed with the graduand? a. Two complimentary guests are allowed along with the graduand. However, an additional of two guests are also allowed with a payment of Rs. 6,000/- per guest. It is mandatory to input all guests’ detail at the time of registration. 14. What is the dress code for the candidates? a. The dress code is formal. Male graduates are NOT allowed to wear sandals. 15. Are children allowed to attend the ceremony? a. Children under the age of 12 years are not allowed to attend the ceremony.

For security purposes, no candidate or guest will be allowed in the
premises without their registration card and original CNIC/B. Form/Passport
