Below is a detailed weekly timetable example that you can adjust according to your needs.

This schedule includes:

Sleep: 5 hours daily (from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM)

Classes: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Daily Study: A total of 7 hours (including breaks)

Taekwondo: 4 days a week (6:00–8:30 PM)

Gym: On the days when Taekwondo is not scheduled, i.e., 3 days a week (6:00–8:30 PM)

Cycling, Badminton (once a week), and phone time are also included

Below are two types of days – Class Days (Monday-Friday) and No-Class Days (Saturday-Sunday)

[A] Class Days (Monday to Friday)

Morning:

6:00 AM: Wake up, do some light stretching/freshen up


6:00 – 6:30 AM: Cycling (light exercise)

6:30 – 7:00 AM: Breakfast

7:00 – 8:30 AM: Study Session 1 (1.5 hours)

8:30 – 9:00 AM: Prepare for/commute to class

Classes:

9:00 – 1:00 PM: Classes

Afternoon:

1:00 – 1:30 PM: Lunch break

1:30 – 3:00 PM: Study Session 2 (1.5 hours)

3:00 – 3:15 PM: Short break (for phone use or light relaxation)

3:15 – 4:15 PM: Study Session 3 (1 hour)


(So far: approximately 4 hours of study)

Evening:

4:15 – 5:00 PM: Free time – light cycling ride or rest

5:00 – 5:45 PM: Study Session 4 (0.75 hours)

(Total study becomes roughly 4.75 hours)

5:45 – 6:00 PM: Prepare for training

Evening Training:

Taekwondo Days: (For example – Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday)

6:00 – 8:30 PM: Taekwondo training

Gym Days: (For example – Tuesday and Thursday)

Night:

8:30 – 9:00 PM: Cool down and shower

(Assume that on Saturday you have a Gym session from 6:00–8:30 PM and a Badminton session in the morning)

6:30 – 7:00 AM: Breakfast

7:00 – 9:00 AM: Study Session 1 (2 hours)

9:00 – 10:00 AM: Badminton (played once a week)

Afternoon:

10:00 – 12:00 PM: Study Session 2 (2 hours)

12:00 – 12:30 PM: Lunch

12:30 – 2:30 PM: Study Session 3 (2 hours)

2:30 – 3:00 PM: Short break/phone time
