1. INTRODUCTION

The ALJOTRONIC control panels are microprocessed control panels which have been designed to cover a
wide range of uses and are adaptable to the needs of the client and type of elevator. These control panels may
be programmed by means of a small terminal (maintenance POCKET).

The programming allows the user to cover the basic characteristics of any elevator (number of stops, type of
doors, etc.) as well as, the possible peculiarities of a certain installation (prohibited stop on a determined floor,
screen overlapping, car door delay, non-consecutive floors on the position display, etc.).

NOTE: FIRE SERVICE

Fire service switch must be located at the lobby and can be programmed in the control panel. Once the
fire service switch has been turned on, the elevator will proceed as follows:
If, on its way, the lift has to pass through the lobby, all the calls will be cancelled and it will stop at the
lobby.
If, on its way, the lift does not pass through the lobby, all calls will be cancelled and the elevator will
stop at the nearest floors following its direction, and, without opening doors, the lift will go to the
lobby.
Once the lift arrives at the lobby, there are two possibilities:
- If the car button panel has not an independent service switch: the elevator will accept only car calls
(one by one).
- If the car button panel has an independent service switch: the elevator will not accept car and
landing calls; once the independent service switch is turned on, then the car calls will be accepted (one
by one).

SWITCHES

SW CONTROL 1B
1 ON MASTER
OFF SLAVE
2 ON INSPECTION
OFF NORMAL
3 ON / PROGRAMMING
OFF ACCESS
4 RESERVED

When two control panels must work in duplex, one of them must have the switch number 1 of the
Control 1B electronic board in ON (this will work like master) and the other must have the switch
number 1 of the Control 1B electronic board in OFF (this will work like slave).

If the Normal / Inspection switch is in Normal, when the switch number 2 of Control 1B electronic
board is placed in ON, the elevator will be selected in Inspection mode and when the switch number 2
of Control 1B electronic board is placed in OFF, the elevator will be selected in Normal mode.

Switch 3 is used to update and save the programming parameters modified with the maintenance
pocket. When the option “Elev. Programming” is selected, switch number 3 of the Control 1B
electronic board must be placed in the OFF position. When the maintenance pocket sends the new
parameters to the Control 1B electronic board, the Control 1B electronic board will update the
parameters correctly. If switch number 3 of the Control 1B electronic board is in ON position when
the maintenance pocket sends the new parameters to the Control 1B electronic board, the Control 1B
electronic board will NOT update the parameters. When the Control 1B electronic board is updating
the parameters by the maintenance pocket, the led called OK CPU (DL1) will be flashing faster than
normal. When this flashing finishes, the switch number 3 of the Control 1B electronic board must be
placed in the ON position. It is very important that when the Control 1B is turned off or turned on,
the switch number 3 of Control 1B electronic board is in the ON position. This is to avoid losing the
parameters programmed in the Control 1B electronic board.

3.8.3 One entry or through car, V3F door operator
With V3F door operators (one entry or through car), close and open relays of Control 1B electronic
board are used for the orders to the V3F electronic boards. V3F electronic board must work with two
orders, one for open doors and another for close doors. Connection box includes a push button for open
doors in inspection and a push button for close doors in inspection. Regarding the other devices
(photocells, etc) there are two cases:

- Fermator V3F door operators: V3F electronic board can work with their own photocells, which
must be connected to the V3F electronic board.
Regarding the light curtain, they must be connected to the open doors input of the V3F electronic
board, which is normally opened and must be connected to the light curtain. V3F electronic board
have one relay output for photocell and another for the obstruction. These relays must be connected
in serial and connected to the connection box.

With one entry, the obstruction relay can be connected to the microswitch connector and the photocell
relay can be connected to the photocell connector and since the signals of the connections are
connected in serial inside the connection box, the connection is finished.

With the through car, the obstruction relay and the photocell relay of one of the V3F electronic board
must be connected in serial to one of the connectors (microswitch or photocell) and the obstruction
relay and the photocell relay of the other V3F electronic board must be connected in serial to the
other connectors (microswitch or photocell).

In the control panel the programming of the photocell must be normally closed contact (control panel
is programmed with maintenance pocket).

In a through car, a magnetic detector must be connected in serial with the open doors order from each
V3F electronic board. This is used to forbid or not the opening of the doors. When the magnetic
detector detects magnet, the entry can be opened.

- Other V3F door operators: (check with Technical department), a wiring must be selected, but the
work must be tried with the two orders, one for opening doors and another for closing doors. The
reopening information for the Control 1B electronic board will be with normally closed contact. For a
through car, the connection of the magnetic detectors must be tried so that the open door operator
detects the magnet.

MRT_CL_I (V1.3) 20 V1.3

3.8.4 One entry or through car, folding door operator
There are the following cases:

- Aljo folding door operator: P93 electronic board works with one order for opening and closing
doors. When the voltage input is between 48 and 220 Vac/Vdc, the doors close.
However, in any other case the doors open. In working this way, the close relay of the Control 1B
electronic board must be used and the open relay of the Control 1B electronic board must not be
used.
The connection box has one pushbutton for opening and closing doors in inspection. In inspection, the
doors are normally closed. While the pushbutton is pressed the doors open, but when the pushbutton
is not pressed the doors close. P93 electronic board includes a system for reopening according to the
motor current, but when it is reopening there is no relay for information to the Control 1B electronic
board.

To avoid that the Control 1B detects “close failure”, the Control 1B electronic board must be
programmed with “closing doors time”= 20 seconds (with the maintenance pocket). This means that
the close order is activated and the Control 1B electronic board will wait without limits until the doors
will be totally closed.
The photocell must be programmed in the Control 1B electronic board with the normally opened
contact.
With a through car, connected in parallel with the close order of each P93 electronic board, there is
one magnetic detector which detects the magnets when the doors will not open.

- Fermator folding door operator: it is the same as a monophase door operator.

- Other folding door operators: (check with Technical department), the best wiring must be selected
for the electronic board and the two orders must be tried out, one for opening doors and another for
closing doors. The reopening information for the Control 1B electronic board must be tried, which
will be normally the closed contact. For a through car, the connection of the magnetic detector must
be tried so that the door operator opens when the magnetic detector detects the magnet.

MRT_CL_I (V1.3) 21 V1.3

3.8.5 Through car, single-phase or three-phase door operator
With a through car, with monophase or threephase door operators, an L-1B-DE electronic board is used
to control each door operator.
The L-1B-DE electronic board is controlled by the closing and opening relays of Control 1B electronic
board.
The connection box includes a pushbutton for opening the doors in inspection and a pushbutton for closing
doors in inspection.
Photocell or light curtain and the microswitch of each door operator must be connected to each L-1B-DE
electronic board, but normally must be the closed contact.
The L-1B-DE electronic board normally includes a reopening relay with closed contact.
The relay of one L-1B-DE electronic board must be connected to the photocell connector of the
connection box and the relay of another L-1B-DE electronic board must be connected to the microswitch
connector of the connection box.
The signals are connected in serial in the connection box.
In the control panel the programming of the photocell must normally be the closed contact (control panel is
programmed with maintenance pocket).
For a through car, a magnetic detector must be connected to each L-1B-DE electronic board. When the
magnetic detector detects the magnet, the entry can be opened.

MRT_CL_I (V1.3) 22 V1.3

3.8.6 L-1B-DE electronic board
L-1B-DE electronic board has been designed for controlling through car door operators, monophase or
threephase and for controlling one entry with threephase door operator. In all the cases, there will be one
L-1B-DE electronic board for each door operator.
With one entry, there will be one L-1B-DE electronic board and with a through car there will be two L-
1B-DE electronic boards.

These are the characteristics of the electronic board:

- A 24 Vdc power supply is required

- It needs an opening doors order from the control panel with 230 Vac
- It needs a closing doors order from the control panel with 230 Vac
- The final limit contact for doors opened (FPA) must be closed, when the doors are not totally
opened.
- The final limit contact for doors closed (FPC) must be closed, when the doors are not totally closed
- The photocell must work with 24 Vdc and must be a normally closed contact, when it is not
interrupted.
- The microswitch must be a normally closed contact when it is not activated.
- When the doors are closing and the photocell is interrupted or the microswitch is activated, the L-
1B-DE electronic board will activate a relay from the control panel. This relay contact will be opened
in this case. When the photocell is not interrupted and the microswitch is not activated, the relay
contact will be closed.
- The input for magnetic detector is for a through car. With one entry which must be shorted. With the
Control 1B electronic board and a through car, each L-1B-DE electronic board has a magnetic
detector connected. This magnetic detector is used for not opening the door.
The door opens when the magnetic detector contact is closed. This means that normally with an
opened magnetic detector, the door opens when the magnetic detector detects the magnet.

When the opening doors order is activated, the FPA is closed and the magnetic detector detects the
magnet. The relay RLA of the L-1B-DE electronic board will be activated and the doors will open up and
the FPA will be opened, then the relay RLA will be deactivated and the doors will stop.

When the closing doors order is activated, the FPC is closed and the photocell contact is closed (photocell
is not interrupted). Also the microswitch contact is closed (microswitch is not activated), the relay RLC of
the L-1B-DE electronic board will be activated. The doors will close up and the FPC will be opened.
The relay RLC will then be deactivated and the doors will stop.

While the door is closing, and the FPC will be opened, if the photocell is interrupted or the microswitch is
activated, the doors will be stopped immediately and the relay RL3 of the L-1B-DE electronic board will
be activated (it is used when the control panel detects that the doors can not be closed). The control panel
must generate the opening doors request.

3.9 MAIN TRANSFORMER
This supplies all power to the control panel, except for the Control 1B electronic board, the car lighting and
the pit socket.

PRIMARY (230-380-400-420) Input. The voltage should be selected nearest to that existing in your
network (normally from the factory, the 380 Vac is selected).
This also supplies to the voltage for the door operator when it is single phase.

SECONDARY (220) It supplies voltage for the safety series contacts and for the door lock contacts.

SECONDARY FOR R. CAM, BRAKE (Electric elevators) AND VALVES (Hydraulic elevators) (0-
48/56/65/115/190) It supplies voltage for electric r. cam, for brake (for electric elevators) and for valves
(for hydraulic elevators). In electric elevators, r. cam voltage and brake voltage must be the same. In
hydraulic elevators, valves voltage and r. cam voltage must be the same, except if the valves voltage is 220
Vac.

There are three types of transformers for the different voltages used for r. cam, brake and valves.

TRANSFORMER TYPE R. CAM, BRAKE AND

VALVES VOLTAGE
TFM2238F056 48, 56 y 65
TFM2238F115 115
TFM2238F190 190

¡¡ATTENTION!! Please take note of voltage when ordering ALJOTRONIC control panel.

SECONDARY (0 - 18) It supplies voltage for the 24V for car and shaft.

3.10 CONTROL 1B ELECTRONIC BOARD TRANSFORMER

This transformer is used to supply the voltage for Control 1B electronic board. There is a primary with inputs
for 220, 240, 380, 400 and 420 V and there is a secondary with output for 230 V. The primary should be
selected to the voltage nearest to that existing in your network (normally from the factory it is selected at 400
Vac).

3.11 CONTROL 1B POWER SUPPLY FILTER

This filter is connected between the secondary of the Control 1B electronic board transformer and the input of
the Control 1B electronic board (connector J9). It is used for the power supply of the Control 1B electronic
board, which will be as free as possible for electromagnetic interferences and the working of Control 1B
electronic board, which will be better.

MRT_CL_I (V1.3) 24 V1.3

3.12 PROTECTIONS
These are a magnetothermic, fuses and phase reverse detector (the last is not used with VVVF elevators).

3.12.1 Phase reverse detector (D.I.F.)

This device detects inverted phases or any fault phase. In this case, the device will open the safety line and
stop the elevator inmediately.

Device includes two led, one green led and one red led. When the phases are correct, green led is lighting
and red led is not lighting, but when there is a fault phase, or the sequency of phases is not correct both
led, green and red, are lighting.

With VVVF control panel this device is not used because frequency converter convert threephase power
supply in dc voltage and if the sequency of phases is changed the motor direction will not be changed. In
addittion the frequency converter detects a fault phase.

3.12.2 Threephase thermomagnetic switch (IM1)

This device disconnects all the power supplies except the power supply of the machine, car lighting, pit
socket and heater resistor (hydraulic pumps), which will continue to have power to operate.

3.12.3 Fuses
These are the fuses from the control panel:

F1 (1 A): This device leaves the safety line without power supply, everything else has power supply.

F2 (2 A): This device leaves without single-phase power to the supply of the car roof devices, except
the car light.

F3 (6 A) (only for hydraulic elevators): This device leaves without voltage to the emergency valve.

F4 (4 A) (only for hydraulic elevators): This device leaves without voltage to the heater resistor.

Check 24V electronic boards (section 3.2) for other fuses.

3.13 ADAPTATION SHORTS

In order to adapt the control panel to the needs of the elevator, a short should be done to select the doors

4 ADJUSTMENT AND STARTING

4.1 Limit switches

With the Control 1B electronic board, there are 3 limit switches on top of the landing and another 3 limit
switches on the bottom of the landing.

FRI-FRS

One of them is the final limit switch (called FRI in bottom of the landing and FRS on the top of the landing).
These devices are connected in the safety line. FRS must be placed so that when the elevator stops at the top
floor, the device will not be activated. The contact still must be closed (this device in hydraulic elevators is
placed in header). FRI must be placed so that when the elevator stops at the bottom floor, the device will not
be activated. The contact still must be closed (this device in hydraulic elevators is not used).

PMB-PMS

Other devices are the stop switches (called PMB at the bottom of the landing and PMS at the top of the
landing). These devices are used for the correction of the elevator. When the elevator does not know where
is situated, for example after working in inspection, the elevator will do a correction.
First the elevator checks if PMB or PMS if the contact is opened.
If one of them has the contact opened, the elevator will know the floor where it is and the correction is
finished.
If both the contacts are closed, the elevator will go down to the PMB contact, which will be opened and the
screen detectors, called FDI and FDS (in hydraulic and VVVF elevators there are two screen detectors, in
one speed and two speeds elevators there is one screen detector) will be detecting screen. After which the
placement of these components will be explained.

CMB-CMS

The other devices are change of speed switches (called CMB at the bottom of the landing and CMS on top of
the landing). These devices are used to change the speed of the elevators (these devices are not used in one
speed elevators). After which the placement of these components will be explained.

4.2 One speed elevators

With one speed elevators, for each stop there is one screen, called stop screen. Screen lengths change
according to the elevator speed and brake adjustment. To detect which screen is used, the screen detector is
called FDI.

With one speed elevators, CMB and CMS are not used.

The stop switch called PMB must be placed when the elevator stops at the bottom floor. Firstly, the FDI
detects the screen and after the PMB opens its contact. If the PMB contact is opened before the FDI detects
the screen, the Control 1B electronic board can detect a failure of stop switch without the screen.

MRT_CL_I (V1.3) 26 V1.3

The stop switch called PMS must be placed when the elevator stops at the top floor. Firstly, the FDI detects
the screen and after the PMS opens its contact. If the PMS contact is opened before the FDI detects the
screen, the Control 1B electronic board can detect a stop switch failure without the screen.

4.3 Two speed elevators

With two speed elevators, at intermediate floors there are three screens by each floor, one called stop screen,
one called change of speed going up screen and one called change of speed going down screen. In the top
floor, there are two screens, one called stop screen and one called change of speed going up screen. In the
bottom floor, there are two screens, one called stop screen and one called change of speed going down
screen. For detecting the screen which will be used, the screen detector is called FDI.

Screen length changes according to the elevator speed and brake adjustment.

It is recommended that the change of speed screens length will be 8 cm.

Distance between change of speed screen and stop screen will be changed according to the length that the
costumer wants, so that the elevator will travel in low speed.

Change going down switch (CMB) must be placed so that when the FDI detects the change of speed going
down screen of the bottom floor, the CMB open its contact approx. at the same time.

Change going up switch (CMS) must be placed so that when the FDI detects the change of speed going up
screen of the top floor, the CMS open its contact approx. at the same time.

The stop switch called PMB must be placed so that when the elevator stops at the bottom floor, firstly the
FDI detects the screen and after the PMB open its contact. If the PMB contact is opened before the FDI
detects the screen, the Control 1B electronic board can detect a failure of stop switch without screen.

The stop switch called PMS must be placed that when the elevator stops at the top floor. Firstly, the FDI
detects screen and after the PMS opens its contact. If the PMS contact is opened before the FDI detects
screen, the Control 1B electronic board can detect a failure of stop switch without screen.

In the following table there are approx. distances for the placement of the devices:

Elevator Change of speed FRS/FRI after

speed screens before level level of stop
(m/sg) of stop (mm.) (mm.)
0.63 750 a 1100 150
1.00 1000 a 1350 200

4.4 VVVF elevators

With VVVF elevators, at intermediate floors there are three screens by each floor, one called stop screen,
one called change of speed going up screen and one called change of speed going down screen. On the top
floor, there are two screens, one called stop screen and one called change of speed going up screen. On the
bottom floor, there are two screens, one called stop screen and one called change of speed going down
screen. To detect the screens used, two screen detectors are called FDS and FDI.

MRT_CL_I (V1.3) 27 V1.3

It is recommended that stop screens length will be approx. 12 cm. To adjust the level of stop, the Control 1B
electronic board includes a programming parameter called “leveling time” (it can be programmed with the
maintenance pocket, units 1/100 seconds). For example: if the elevator always stops after the level (going
down it stops below the level and going up it stops over the level), the levelling time must be reduced.
However, if the elevator stops before the level (going down it stops over the level, and going up it stops below
the level), the levelling time must be increased.

It is recommended that change of speed screens length will be 8 cm.

Distance between change of speed screen and stop screen will change, according to the length that the
costumer wants, so that the elevator will travel in low speed. It can be changed with the deceleration
parameter of the frequency converter.

Change going down switch (CMB) must be placed so that when the FDI detects the change of speed going
down screen of the bottom floor, the CMB open its contact approx. at the same time.

Change going up switch (CMS) must be placed so that when the FDS detects the change of speed going up
screen of the top floor, the CMS opens its contact approx. at the same time.

The stop switch called PMB must be placed so that when the elevator stops at the bottom floor, firstly the
FDI and FDS detects screen and after PMB opens its contact. If the PMB contact is opened before the FDI
and FDS detects screen the Control 1B electronic board can detect a failure of stop switch without screen.

The stop switch called PMS must be placed so that when the elevator stops at the top floor, firstly the FDI
and FDS detects screen and after PMS opens its contact. If the PMS contact is opened before the FDI and
FDS detects screen, the Control 1B electronic board can detect a failure of stop switch without screen.

In the following table there are approx. distances for the placement of the devices:

Speed Change of speed FRS/FRI after

(m/sg) screens before level level of stop
of stop (mm.)
(mm.)
0.63 750 a 1200 150
1.00 1100 a 1450 200

4.4.1 Advanced opening

Optionally, VVVF control panels can include a circuit for advanced opening of door operators, if the
door operator is for automatic doors. Advanced opening means that doors will start opening when the
first screen detector (FDI when the elevator is going down or FDS when the elevator is going up) detects
the stop screen of the floor, where the elevator will stop. In this case, the elevator opens doors, but still
moves because there is a circuit that shortens the doors contact.
The circuit includes three small contactors called KN1, KN2 and KN3, two magnetics detectors placed
on car roof and some magnets placed at level of each floor. Advanced opening can be programmed with
the maintenance pocket.

MRT_CL_I (V1.3) 28 V1.3

4.5 Overheat protection and emergency landing device (all elevators
except hydraulic elevators)
All electric elevators of one speed, two speeds and VVVF, includes a circuit for control a motor thermistor
(PTC). This device is used for overheat protection.

Optionally, all electric elevators relate to one speed, two speeds and VVVF, which includes a device for
moving the elevator to the next floor (going down or going up) and open doors when the power supply fails
(called emergency landing device).

4.6 Hydraulic elevator

With hydraulic elevators, at intermediate floors there are three screens by each floor, one called stop screen,
one called change of speed going up screen and one called change of speed going down screen.

On the top floor, there are two screens, one called stop screen and one called change of speed going up
screen.
On the bottom floor, there are two screens, one called stop screen, and one called change of speed going
down screen.
To detect the screen used, there are two screen detector called FDS and FDI.

It is recommended that stop screens length will be three magnets with two centimeters between magnets. All
the magnets of the same screen must be placed with the same magnetic side (polarity) to the detectors. It is
recommended to place the magnets directly to the guide.

It is recommended that change of speed screens length will be of two magnets with two centimeters between
magnets. All the magnets of the same screen must be placed with the same magnetic side (polarity) to the
detectors. It is recommended to place the magnets directly to the guide.

Distance between change of speed screen and stop screen will change according to the length that the
costumer wants, so that the elevator will travel in low speed.

Change going down switch (CMB) must be placed so that when the FDI detects the change of speed going
down screen of the bottom floor, the CMB open its contact approx. at the same time.

Change going up switch (CMS) must be placed, so that when the FDS detects the change of speed going up
screen of the top floor, the CMS open its contact approx. at the same time.

The stop switch called PMB must be placed, so that when the elevator stops in the bottom floor, firstly the
FDI and FDS detects screen and after PMB open its contact. If the PMB contact is opened before the FDI
and FDS detects screen, the Control 1B electronic board can detect a “failure” of stop switch without screen.

The stop switch called PMS must be placed so that when the elevator stops on the top floor. Firstly, the FDI
and FDS detects screen and after PMS open its contact. If the PMS contact is opened before the FDI and
FDS detects screen the Control 1B electronic board can detect a “failure” of stop switch without screen.

In the following table there are approx. distances for the placement of the devices:

MRT_CL_I (V1.3) 29 V1.3

Speed Change of speed FRS/FRI after
(m/sg) screens before level level of stop
of stop (mm.) (mm.)
0.63 750 a 1000 150
1.00 1200 a 1650 200

Besides the magnetic detectors called FDI and FDS, in hydraulic elevators, there are two other magnetic
detectors called RR1 and RR2, which are used for relevelling with open doors and an advanced opening.
For these detectors, the magnets must be placed at each floor level. On all floors except bottom floor, five
magnets must be placed with two centimeters between magnets.
On the bottom floor, the magnets must be placed with two centimeters between them, with the length from the
level of stop to the point where the car is on the buffers.
All the magnets of the same screen must be placed with the same magnetic side to the detectors.

It is recommended to place the magnets directly to the guide, but it is important that if the magnets for FDI and
FDS area are placed on the same guide as the magnets for RR1 and RR2, one of them must be placed with
the north magnetic side to the detectors and the others must be placed with the south magnetic side to the
detectors. With different polarities.

Length of magnets for RR1 and RR2 must be higher than the length for FDI and FDS, because the elevator
relevelles when the FDI or FDS does not detect stop screen, but if the doors are opened, the doors contact
must be shortened with the circuit of KN1, KN2 and KN3, as it will not be possible if RR1 or RR2 are not
detecting magnets.

4.6.1 Valves heater resistor

The control panel supplies a voltage for valves heater resistor. The voltage is through a diode that works
like a half rectifier wave. According to the voltage of the valves heater resistor and with the threephase
voltage, the diode must be shortened. Diode is placed in the plastic trunking near to the connection of the
valves heater resistor.

4.6.2 Hydraulic protections

These are the protections of the hydraulic unit that are included in the control panel:

- Thermistor (PTC): it detects overheat in the motor

- Thermoprobe: it detects overheat in the oil and must be a normally closed contact, so that it is
opened when the temperature is too high
- Presostate: it detects oil over pressure. Control panel uses this like load detector and must be
normally opened contact that is closed for detecting the car overload

4.6.3 Advanced opening

Hydraulic elevator, with automatic door operator, includes a circuit for advanced opening of door
operator. Advanced opening means that doors will be opened when the first screen detector (FDI when
the elevator is going down or FDS when the elevator is going up) detects the stop screen from the floor

MRT_CL_I (V1.3) 30 V1.3

where the elevator will stop. In that case the elevator opens doors, but still moves because there is a circuit
that shortens the doors contact.
The circuit includes three small contactors called KN1, KN2 and KN3. Two magnetics detectors are
placed on the car roof and some magnets are placed at each floor level. Advanced opening can be
programmed with the maintenance pocket.

4.6.4 Relevelling with open doors

When the elevator stops at floor where the lower screen detector (FDI), or the upper screen detector
(FDS), does not detect screen. After some seconds the elevator will move, going up if the FDI does not
detect screen, or going down if the FDS does not detect screen. Up to both screen detectors (FDI and
FDS) will be detecting screen. All hydraulic elevators include this characteristic.

4.6.5 Emergency landing device

When the elevator is travelling, if the power supply fails, the circuit will work to move the elevator going
down to the nearest floor. All hydraulic elevators include this characteristic, but optionally the hydraulic
elevator can include a device for opening doors, when the power supply fails and the elevator has stopped
at floor with doors being closed.

The circuit that works the emergency valve is included in the 24V electronic board, due to its working and
can not make a short between a connector placed between T2.15 and T2.14 and another connector that
was outside of these connectors. For example if a short is made between AI9 and AF5, the 24V electronic
board can be damaged (check diagram 7147.102-02). However, if a short is made between AI9 and AI8,
the 24V electronic board will not be damaged.
