This petition is coming on this today for final hearing before this
court in the presence of the Mr.R.Arumugam, the learned counsel for the
Petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, represented for
State, upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the both sides
argument, this court delivers the following:-

ORDER

1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners u/s.480 of


BNSS Act seeking bail for offences punishable u/s. 296(b), 118(1) &

351(3) BNS .

2. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners


were remanded to the judicial custody on 06/04/2025. But the petitioners
are innocent and they had not committed any offence as alleged by the
prosecution and false case is fabricated against them and the petitioners
are ready to abide any conditions as imposed by this court. The
petitioners are ready and willing to furnish substantial sureties for their
due appearance, and therefore the petition may be allowed.

3. After receiving the petition, the court has issued notice on


07/04/2025 vide D.No.654/2025. After receiving the notice, the
prosecution did not file any reply.

4. Heard the petitioners' side and perused entire records.

5. After hearing the petitioners' side and on perusal of records,


it is seen that the petitioners are in the judicial custody for the period of
10 days. Further, though sufficient opportunity has given, the prosecution
did not file any reply and it shows that the prosecution does not have any
serious objection to allow this petition. In view of the above, this court is
inclined to allow the petition subject to:

1. The petitioners shall execute a bail bond for Rs.10,000/-


each (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for
like sum ;
2. Thereafter, the petitioners shall appear and sign before
the respondent police daily morning at 10.00 a.m for a
period of 15 days ;
3. The petitioners shall attend in accordance with the
conditions of the bond executed ;
4. The petitioners shall not commit an offence similar to
the offence of which they are accused, or suspected, of the
commission of which they are suspected; and

5. The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any
inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with
the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing
such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper
with the evidence.
