ASEF-Project-Description-Paper (2)

The Project Description Paper outlines a student's innovative hydrocentral project aimed at enhancing hydropower efficiency and minimizing environmental impact through inside circulation mechanisms. The project involves repurposing materials for prototypes, with data sourced from institutions like the Low Impact Hydropower Institute. The student anticipates that the project will contribute to the community by providing clean, renewable energy and improving local infrastructure.

Please answer the following questions concretely, without writing irrelevant things. Please note that
this Project Description Paper must show the details of your project’s development to qualify for
ASEF finals.

1. How did you come up with the idea of the project? Did anyone help you to find the idea? Who?
The idea of the project was a well thought plan on a innovative hydrocentral. Alli wnted to
create was a hydrocentral that would reuse water to create power. Visiting a lot of water
turbine station just to get an overall idea on how the project would come out. But the idea
really established once my dad offered his help and introduced me to the meticulous idea that I
had thought of. Finally the concept had really started to come to life. Hydroelectrict power
with inside circulation was exactly what I was looking for to present to the science fair.

2. What are you aiming to achieve with this project?

Enhancing inside circulation mechanisms in hydropower systems can aim to improve overall
efficiency. This may involve optimizing the flow of water within the system to maximize energy
conversion.
Developing hydropower with inside circulation features can focus on minimizing environmental impact.
Efforts may be directed toward mitigating disruptions to aquatic ecosystems, fish migration, and water
quality.Goals may include making hydropower more sustainable by incorporating inside circulation
technologies that align with environmental conservation principles. This could involve addressing issues
like sedimentation, erosion, and ecosystem impact. Improving circulation within hydropower systems
may lead to cost-effective solutions. This could involve reducing maintenance costs, extending the
lifespan of equipment, or making better use of existing infrastructure.

3. Which methods have you used in your project?

In my project I heve realy tried reusig items and repurpoising them.Like for instance I have
tried using old containers old pipes some styrafoam and a lot of hard dedication and
passion. The project started to compe to life ever since it was thought of now I just have to
present this idea in the right most well deserved way.The are going to be a coupla of ways that
the science fair will be introduced to this concept. Starting here with a poster and a brochure
axplaining oll of our thought process to make this idea finally come to life

4. Have you done any experiments or prepared any demonstrations/prototypes? Explain in

short.
There have benn a few prototypes of the hydrocentral all resulting successful but with a couple
of minor flaws that whe have been able to fix in no time. The work has benn going on a rythem
and I dare say that everything is nearly done to being perfect. The first prototype has been by
far the most challenging checkpoint in the journey of this innovative concept but surely
nothing a little hard work cant mend.

5. How have you had your data by experiment done by you or from another source? Have you
used any data from national or international institutions? If yes, state the source.
The data by experiment has been done by me with the halp of my partner and of coars our
families. There have been a few data that I have used from national and international
institutions mentioning here Low Impact Hydropower Institute as well as National Electric
Power Corporation in Albania.

6. Explain whether your results are matching with your expectations.

At the time that we are speaking the results are very close to matching my expectations but
they are not where I want them to be. Still a lot of work has to be done but we are not afraid of
a little compation and dedication. With all the long hours that me have been working im sure
that in no time the project will be matching with my expectation fully. Even though we have
been perfectin every ascept of the idea still there are a lot og miner flaws that we can address
and perfect so we can have the best presentation in the science fair.

7. Explain how your project will contribute to the community.

Hydroelectric power is a clean and renewable energy source. It generates electricity
by harnessing the energy of flowing water, producing minimal greenhouse gas
emissions. This contributes to a reduction in air pollution and dependence on non-
renewable energy sources. Hydroelectric power plants with optimized inside
circulation can provide a stable and reliable power supply. This is especially beneficial
for communities that may face challenges with intermittent power sources,
contributing to a more dependable energy grid. Hydroelectric projects often require
the development of infrastructure, such as dams, powerhouses, and transmission
lines. This infrastructure development can contribute to the overall improvement of
local facilities and services.

8. Please insert some photos that show you (yourself) are actually involved the development of
your project.
