V. OBJECTIVES OF THE
PROJECT The main purpose of the one-day seminar in Brgy. La Torre,
Talavera, Nueva Ecija is to educate and empower the
community people on effective financial management practices
and strategies for sustainable business growth. Toward this end,

the following objectives are set:

1. To improve the overall financial literacy within the


community by promoting understanding of fundamental
concepts such as budgeting, saving, and investing.
2. To advocate for the implementation of proper financial
planning and decision-making strategies at the
community level, aiming for long-term stability and
success.
3. To cultivate a spirit of entrepreneurship within the
community, driving economic growth and innovation.
VI. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

and entrepreneurship, limiting economic potential.

an issue within the barangay. The CNA's result shows the
importance of knowing the issues that needed to address in a
community.

possibilities and make wiser financial decisions.


In order to enable the barangay's people to attain greater
financial stability and make a positive contribution to economic
growth and prosperity, the proposed project is therefore an
essential step to close the gap in financial literacy and business
management within the community.

Target Clients
To gain personal finance skills for stability and goal
achievement.

Barangay Officials

To benefit from improved financial management, economic
development, and local business support.

The project will cover 50 individuals with or without family


of Barangay La Torre, Talavera, Nueva Ecija specially
individuals who are lack of financial literacy and those who
cannot explore business opportunities.
VII. METHODOLOGY
To achieve the objectives of the project, the following activities
or strategies will be undertaken:
1. Post posters about business and budget management;
2. Conduct a one day seminar about business and budget
management; and;
3. Give flyers or leaflet to the community people about
business and budget management to encourage them to
attend the seminar.
