Dear Sir,
In reference to your enquiry by mail dated 03/09/2020 in this regarding budgetary
quotation for Dam Instrumentation, we are enclosing herewith our lowest rates of the items.
Our terms and conditions are as follows:

Terms & Conditions:


1. Price : The Rate quoted F.O.R.Rorkee.
2. GST Tax : Extra, at present 18% as applicable at the time of Supply, will be born by the
Department
3. Installation Charge: 18% extra
4. Supply & Installation: Delivery time after site visit.
5. Validity : 90 days.
6. Payment : 100% Advance with conform order.
7. Guarantee : 12 month’s guarantee against any manufacturing defect from date of Supply.
8. The clear site will have to be provided by the department, so that no any department,
Forest/
P.W.D. and public concern may object.
9. If any loss of work due to dispute of land and any natural affect, for which you will have to
extend the time.
10 Freight Forwarding and transportation: As actual paid By Department.
11. Item no B & C Rate after site Visit.
12. AMC Charge 12% total cost supply item for per year after complete guarantee period.
