Job Profile and Responsibilities Involved (Megasoft ltd Hyderabad)
Primarily responsible for maintaining and managing all monitoring systems and applications.
Evaluate and integrate new technology as it applies to the overall architecture of monitoring
platform.
Coordinate within the company’s business units as needed to insure monitoring
requirements are satisfied.
Work with groups within the Network Operations organization to monitor events, deploy,
integrate, configure in Spanish language
To establish escalation procedures as needed to quickly detect, isolate and restore

Job Profile and Responsibilities Involved
Addressing Spanish customers and handling queries regarding their plans and device.
Responsible to send reports of the customers.
Escalating the issues of the customers on a prior basis to retain the customer.
Handling second level escalation to resolve the issues of the customers.
Co-ordinate with Store managers and make sure that customer issue get resolve.
Have to maintain team of 10 members, And need to clarify process related queries.
Worked with Mega soft as Senior Spanish language expert since Jan 6th 2014
To July 3rd 2017.
Currently working with Sreenidhi international School as Spanish Language Teacher
TRANSLATION and TRAINING:
Have been translating client related monthly reports and technical documents from Spanish
to English or vice versa as a freelancer.
Have to send mails in Spanish and English as per client requirement.
Need to interpret between client and company in Spanish whenever required.
Worked as a Spanish trainer in institute namely MENTORZ in HYD
