Regular exercise is essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, yet many community members
struggle to stay active due to busy schedules or lack of motivation. Zumba, a fun and engaging
dance workout, offers a way to improve physical well-being while strengthening social bonds.
This project aims to promote health, fitness, and camaraderie among the people of Tawang,
La Trinidad, Benguet, through weekly Zumba sessions. It will encourage participants to adopt
an active lifestyle, reduce stress, and foster community engagement in a fun and energetic
environment.

in all aspects of life, including health and wellness. Many women face challenges in balancing
family, work, and self-care, often neglecting physical fitness.
This Zumba for Women’s Wellness activity provides an engaging and inclusive fitness
session, encouraging women to prioritize their health, boost self-confidence, and foster
community support. Through dance, movement, and music, the event aims to create a fun,
stress-relieving, and empowering environment for women while promoting a healthy and
active lifestyle.

A clean, green, and artistic environment not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of a community
but also promotes mental well-being, environmental awareness, and community pride.
Barangay Tawang, La Trinidad, Benguet, has great potential to be a model for sustainability and
beautification through collaborative efforts.
By engaging the local community, youth, and volunteers, this project fosters solidarity,
creativity, and environmental responsibility, making Tawang a greener and more beautiful
place to live in.
VI. Objectives:
1. Enhance the beauty of Barangay Tawang by adding colorful plants and flowers in
public spaces.
2. Promote sustainability by integrating greenery and art into the community.
3. Encourage community involvement in maintaining a clean and visually appealing
environment.
4. Boost local identity and tourism through murals and signages reflecting Tawang’s
culture.
5. Educate residents on the importance of environmental care and creative expression.

A clean, green, and artistic school environment enhances students' learning experiences,
creativity, and well-being. However, maintaining a visually appealing space requires
continuous effort. As part of the CESC (Community Engagement, Solidarity, and
Citizenship) subject, this project will serve as a remediation/make-up activity focusing on
beautifying selected areas of BNHS through landscaping, painting, and signages.
Since this is an individual project with limited funds, it will focus on small-scale
improvements that are cost-effective but impactful.

This SPLASH Project will beautify even a small part of BNHS, demonstrating that even
small actions can make a big difference in creating a clean and inspiring school environment.
As a CESC remediation/make-up activity, it will showcase initiative, leadership, and
community engagement while being practical within a limited budget and timeframe.
