1. Service Agreement [Duration]


To ensure a mutual agreement towards learning and
growth, all selected candidates will be required to sign
a service agreement of 30 months.
2. Service Agreement [Clarity]
This step reflects your commitment to the organization
for the next 30 months. To formalize this, we’ll request
a cheque of Rs. 2 lakh, held as a formality and a
symbolic commitment. We will not ask to deposit any
amount or maintain any account balance. This cheque
will be securely held for the duration of the agreement
and returned upon completion of the tenure.
