My name is Fahrizal, and I am a graduate of the Associate Degree Program in Informatics


Engineering from Universitas Sebelas Maret. Through this email, I would like to express
my interest in applying for the IT Support Officer position, which I found through your
company’s job vacancy post on Jobstreet. I have attached my CV for your kind
consideration, with the hope of joining PT Global Way Indonesia.

Since graduating, I have been working as a freelance developer and have gained
experience in handling various projects focused on website development and routing
protocols. I am confident that my technical skills make me a strong candidate for this
position. I have experience in programming languages such as Java, PHP, Laravel, and
Python, and I also have hands-on knowledge in IoT and microcontroller development using
sensors. My background in wireless networking and routing protocols including BGP,
OSPF, EIGRP, and TCP/IP is complemented by strong abilities in system troubleshooting.

Additionally, I am proficient in using a variety of tools and platforms including Microsoft


Office, Windows Server, Google Workspace, Visual Studio Code, MySQL, PostgreSQL,
Laragon, Cisco Packet Tracer, and Arduino.These competencies, combined with my ability
to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, make me a strong candidate for the IT
Support Officer position.
