Hello everybody!
Now it's time for you to do the task for this week. Read the instructions below. Remember
that if you need to review a topic, you can always check the course material as many times as
you need. Keep in mind that you have to present this task during week 4.

1. Learning Outcome

Through this activity, students write a text about memories from school time using the
grammar and vocabulary learned in Weeks 2 to 4.

2. Description

• Step 1: Collaborative work (get into pairs).

• Step 2: Check this week’s study material and your sessions’ notes.
 Situation: Imagine you and your partner were classmates in school and you have to write a
post on the website about the most popular student in the class. Describe his/her physical
appearance and personality. Write about his/her favorite subjects and sports. Describe past
events in school life. Include two facts he/she did not do in school as part of his/her routine.
 Content:
 Vocabulary and expressions from Unit 1 (Weeks 2- 4)
 School subjects and sports
 Personality adjectives I and II
 Adjectives to describe people and things.
 Past simple with regular and irregular verbs in affirmative and negative forms 
Linking words “and” and “but”.

• Step 3: Write the text together with your classmate.


• Step 4: Review the content, grammar, and the spelling of your text together. Make sure your
ideas are coherent. Present it on a single Word sheet.
• Step 5: Once you check the text, attach a cover to your writing and upload it to the platform.
Write your names and last names on the cover. Include your photos:
