LESSON SEVEN EXERCISE

Consistency
1. Where could consistency make a difference to your success?
2. What could you be more consistent with?
3. From your list choose just one thing that you commit to be
consistent with and practise that consistency commitment every
day for the next 30 days.

Persistence
1. Write out three scenarios where you stopped and gave up on
something.
a. What were the thoughts you had at the time?
b. Did your paradigm come up with justifiable reasons to stop?

c. What would have been the advantage if you had persisted?
d. Commit to persisting next time and add persistence to your
self-image.

Discipline
1. Write out all the areas that you would like more discipline in
2. Pick just one and write out a new thought about it.
3. Now be disciplined with your new thinking and take action.
