VACATION EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMME

We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected to proceed to year III of our
training programme. This will take effect from 26 August, 2025. You will report to
Mohan Sinan or his designation.

Period of Training
Your third year of training period will commence on 20 July, 2025 and will continue to a
maximum period of one(1) year. This includes rotational on-the-job training in the
various departments and classroom session. Your training activities would be closely
monitored and assessed after the completion of assigned objectives.

The company reserves the right to assign you to any of its three locations in either the
Operations or Maintenance Departments, without obligation to pay you any additional
remunerations, as part of your training.

The terms and conditions of this training attachment are as follows:

Remuneration
You will be paid a stipend of $350.00 for each worked or $7000.00 per month and normal
statutory deduction of PAYE and NIS will be made from your Stipend. This will be paid
directly into your bank account at the end each month.

Proficiency
Your proficiency level will be continuously evaluated and noted at the end of each month
and /or after each assignment. You will also be assigned a mentor to assist you in
developing your career objectives for the future.

Hours of Work
Your normal working hours will be from 7.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday through Fridays
with one hour for lunch in the Maintenance Department. You may be required to work
alongside experienced employees beyond these hours; should this occur you would be
eligible to receive a meal allowance.

Should you be required to work on a shift basis in the Maintenance or Operations


Departments, the hours will be indicated on your shift roster. You will be paid a premium
$20.00 for each shift day worked. You will use your identification card to scan your
attendance daily.

Absences
In order to obtain the full benefits of your training, it will be necessary for you to attend
your training every day. However, should you find it necessary to be absent, you must call
your supervisor and so indicate prior to the beginning of the work day. The company has
the right to terminate your training period if your absences become excessive. Paid
absences will be limited to ten (10) working days (non-cumulative) during the period.

Health and Safety


Our company is committed to establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy working
environment and considers safety to be an integral aspect of every job functions. You are
required to observe all safety rules and wear safety equipments as provided. You will be
issued all Personal and Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with standard policy.

Termination of Services
Termination of services can be made by either side, giving notice of one (1) month
period. If at any time during your period of training you do not respond to the training, or
you are otherwise considered unsuitable, the company can terminate your services
without prior notice and without liability to the company other than for salary which you
would have already earned and nit been paid up to the time your training ended.

The Institute Council has examined and approved the subcommittee's suggestions listed
below
1. The Editor and Secretary shall prepare descriptions of Council work (partly objective
facts, partly
various personal views) to increase awareness among members of the institute of the
work of the
Council to appear in the Spring Issue of the "Incorporated Linguist."
2 . Nomination papers will be available to qualified members by September 1Ist and will
be sent separately
If the "Incorporated Surveyors" are not ready for dispatch in time for this date. If papers
are sent with
the "Incorporated Surveyors,'' there shall be some clear external communication of their
presence
3. The Committee drew the attention of the Council to the need to form relatively small
ad hoc working
parties to solve particular problems. Such working parties will report to the Council, but
their members
do not necessarily have to be members of the Council.
4 . If the Council's size is decrease, it will be arrange so that, for three years in a row, the
number of open
positions will be one less than the number of members retiring. until the lowered
number is attain.
