READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY


1. Wearing a mask is mandatory for all candidates. Candidates without mask will
not be allowed in the examination centre.
2. A candidate having any of the symptoms of COVID-19 should inform it to the
examination organizers.
3. You are requested to appear for the test at the centre on the date and time specified
above. College or Employee ID cards will not be considered as valid ID. Carrying valid ID
in Original to the test centre is mandatory. If any candidate fails to carry the above
mentioned photo identity proof, then he / she will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
Please note that E-Aadhar Card and Ration Card are not valid ID proofs for this
recruitment exercise. Candidates having identity mismatch or arriving late will
not be allowed.
4. Candidates to maintain complete silence during the examination & communication in any
form between candidates or with outsiders is not permitted.
5. A candidate found using any unfair means or in possession of any incriminating material
during the test shall be expelled from the examination hall and his/her test would be
cancelled.
6. Examination will be consist of 100 questions of General Awareness, English,
Analytical ability and nursing discipline.
7. No request for change of Test Centre/ Test Date will be entertained under any
circumstances.
8. Candidates are not allowed to smoke or eat in the examination hall. No TA will be
provided for appearing in the written test.
9. Books, periodicals, any written material, mobile, Calculators and laptops etc. are not
allowed in the examination hall. Personal belongings including mobile phones shall be
kept outside the examination room at candidate's own risk. The candidates are advised
not to bring valuables and any other personal belongings of high value while coming for
the tests and the test centre shall not be responsible in case the item is/ are lost or a
theft occurs of such items which are brought to the test centre.
10. Candidates should bring only Blue/Black Ball Point Pen for marking the OMR Answer
Sheet. Marking with any other type of pen is NOT ALLOWED. DO NOT USE PENCIL IN
EXAMINATION.
11. Following items are prohibited to the exam hall
a. Stationary items including Papers, Books, Notebooks, Calculators, Watch calculators,
etc.
b. Mobile phones, Pagers, Health bands, Smart Watches, any other electronic gadgets
etc.
c. Jewelry including Chain, Earrings, Finger rings, Metal Bangles, Pendants, Nose pins,
Chains, Necklace etc.
Examination centre will not be responsible for its safety/loss. No storage arrangement is
made for these items at the centre.
12. Candidates may note that there will be no negative marking for wrong answers in this
type of objective & multiple answer system.
13. The Candidate has to produce valid Photo Identity proof in ORIGINAL i.e. PAN Card /
Voter ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving License / 10th/12th Pass Certificate/Mark
Sheet bearing printed Photo or any other Identity with Photograph issued by State or
Central Govt. etc. at Examination Centre for appearing in the Test otherwise the
candidate will not be permitted to appear in the test. Please note that E-Aadhar Card
and Ration Card are not valid ID proofs for this recruitment exercise. A
photocopy of the said ID proof is required to be submitted along with the
photocopy of Admit card at exam centre.
14. Your candidature for this test is Provisional and is subject to your fulfilling the prescribed
Criteria of Age, Educational Qualification and other conditions as specified in our
advertisement. This admit card is issued purely on the basis of the details furnished by
you in the online application form, which is subject to a detailed scrutiny and if at any
stage of recruitment any discrepancy found or you do not fulfill eligibility criteria as
prescribed in detail advertisement, your candidature is liable to be cancelled.
15. With regard to conduct of examination, decision of test administrator shall be final and
binding.
16. Please note that this Admit Card does not constitute an offer of employment.
17. Non observance of the instructions mentioned herein or instructions issued hereafter or
use of any unfair means during the continuance of his/her test will render the candidate
liable to disqualification from the test.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE OMR ANSWER SHEET


OMR Answer sheets are scanned by machine to compute the scores. Accuracy in scoring is
dependent on the examinees marking their answer sheets properly. Therefore, accurate
scoring is dependent on your strict adherence to the following instructions:
1. Every question has four answer options. Mark the answer option number by darkening
only the corresponding oval on the answer sheet using BLUE/BLACK BALL POINT PEN
ONLY.

2. Mark answer only in the space provided. Darken ONLY ONE OVAL for each answer. If you
darken more than one oval or any stray mark is found on more than one oval, your
answer will be treated as Wrong Answer even if one of the given answers happens to be
correct.
3. The method of shading the OVAL has been indicated in “Important Instructions” on the
OMR Answer Sheet and these must be strictly followed.
4. DO NOT fold or wrinkle the OMR Answer Sheet. Rough work MUST NOT be done on the
OMR Answer Sheet. Use the space for rough work given at the end of the Question
Booklet.
ADVISORY FOR CANDIDATES REGARDING COVID-19
1. Standard Operating Procedures for implementing safetyprecautions and for maintaining
required standard of hygiene are getting implemented at the centers.
2. Adequate Gap will be maintained.
3. Hand Sanitizer will be available at entry and inside the exam venueat various places for
candidates and centre staff to use.
4. It is ensured that all the processes are touch free, to the maximumpossible extent, to
ensure Social Distancing norms.
5. Candidates will be permitted to carry only certain items with them into the venue
a. Personal transparent water bottle
b. Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)
c. A simple transparent pen
d. Exam related documents (Admit Card, ID card, Photograph etc).
6. Candidates need to maintain adequate space from each other atall the time. Follow the
instructions provided by centre staff.
