Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to lead the quality
assurance efforts of our product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both
manual and automated testing, extensive experience in QA strategy development, and a proven
track record of ensuring product reliability and performance in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead QA planning, execution, and strategy for large-scale product releases.
 Design and implement comprehensive test frameworks and automation tools.
 Perform high-level manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API layers.
 Identify bottlenecks in the SDLC and drive solutions to improve testing efficiency.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, and DevOps.
 Define and implement QA best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
 Manage bug lifecycle from discovery to resolution using tools like JIRA.
 Train and mentor junior QA engineers within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:


 Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
field.
 9+ years of hands-on QA experience in a software product environment.
 Proficient in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
 In-depth knowledge of testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or REST-assured.
 Strong experience with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
 Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
 Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint-based release cycles.
 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
 Experience working in a B2B SaaS product-based company.
 Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
 ISTQB or similar QA certification.
 Experience testing HRMS or enterprise SaaS platforms is a strong advantage.
