Subject: LV3E W189 villa is not ready for takeover by ID Contractor

As per the site walk for LV3E W189 villa dated 16/4/2025 upon request from MC and Client, we have
noticed the below points. Kindly rectify these points & get checked by QAQC team of main contractor and
then provide us the clearance immediately in-order to start our activities.

• LV3E W189 wall corners are not in right angle.


• LV3E W189 wall corners are not vertically straight.
• Plaster of the villa walls is not in straight level / Walls not in plumb.
• Walls of the villa is having many undulations.
• Walls of the villa is having many cracks.
• Thickness of door opening or door jamb thickness is not uniform.
• Rough patches on the villa walls in not suitable for achieving the approved final finish.
• Floor is making hollow sound & vibration.
• Wet areas & staircase area was not ready for inspection as per Main Contractor during inspection.
• Releasing the clearance documents from main contractor is only for survey, whether area is ready to
achieve the approved final finish or not. Still LV3E W189 villa is not taken over by ID Contractors until SOR
is closed by main contractor. Check list of requirements for achieving the approved final & Picture with
comments is also attached for MC action on it.
• Delays in handing over the villas and not providing the villas up to the required standards for achieving the
final finish to sub-contractor, ID contractors is not liable for any delays, cost impact, time impact & quality
impact at any stage of the project.
• Any entities working after completion of Ceiling suspension and any damages happen will lead to raise the
SDOR & rework will be variation cost with additional time for re-work.
