NFT Business Proposal.

NFTs ( Non-Fungible Token) are basically encoded Jpegs with value on a blockchain,
some examples of NFTs include BAYC ( Bored Ape Yatch Club), CryptoPunks, The
Sandbox etc. These are all projects that have racked in millions of US Dollars in
ETH( Ethereum). ETH or Ethereum is a blockchain in the crypto space where various
coins or NFTs can be deployed.
The project name we are currently working with is labelled "Stoked Kidz NFT". We
are branding as a P2E (Play 2 Earn), PVP (Player vs Player) game based NFT, which
essencially means our NFT would later on serve or provide some utility in the video
game we would create later.
Some big names in this particular sector of NFTs are Axie Infinity ( owners of the
coin AXS and token SLP) and Decentraland ( owners of the coin MANA and currently
the largest by market cap in the metaverse sector). We would we taking the same
approach as they did but would be
offering better value than they currently do. How can an individual earn from
exposure or engaging in thr transaction of NFTs?
NFT investments are just like anyother business, in which you procure goods for a
low price in hopes of selling for a much higher price for a profit. The "goods" in
question here would be the NFT you would be purchasing, there are two ways to
purchase an NFT for a cheap rate. First, would be during what is known as a presale
for early investors
where they get discounted price for that particular project they may be following
before the public sale is commenced. For instance, BAYC during their presale period
was about $500 in ETH, now the cheapest BoredApe that can be purchased is about
$150,000 - $160,000 US dollars! and is now owned by various celebrities and in
partnerships with companies like NIKE and ADIDAS.
Of course, to achieve such success the project would have to provide utility or a
use-case for their potential long term holders. Hence, why we are working towards
branding as a game based NFT which holds tremendous value to our potential holders.

OUR ROADMAP/ LAUNCH PLAN:

Q1

- V1 Stoked Kidz pre-sale is live

- Public-sale is live

- Once-a-week raffle draws in our discord where community members holding our NFT
stand a chance to win different prizes.

- launch of the 1st Stoked Kidz crate subscriptions. Lucky community members get
exclusive crates with varied rewards.

Q2

- Intensified marketing, including reaching out to prominent fashion brands for


collaborations.

- Merch Store to open for Stoked Kidz holders.

- Development of our game

- Hiring within the community for various positions

Q3

- Game developed and prototype ready for beta testing.


- Beta testing period ( with rewards for beta testers)

- V2 Airdrop exclusive to holders

- First drop from the Clothing line

Q4

- Our game will be finalized and goes live

- Tesla Model 3 giveway to a lucky holder.

- V2 Road Map released

Q- Quarter, as in each quarter of the year. These are what we hope to achieve
within a year of our launch.

To enable a smooth launch we plan on working with a minimum budget of $100,000 USD.
Which would cover all our Marketing, Partnerships and Development expenditures ETC.

PREDICATED EXPENDITURE PLAN:

The most important aspect of any business. We expect to spend anywhere from 30-40
thousand USD as we would be in talks with man recognized personalites in the NFT
space and would require them to promote our project.
we are also in talks with the marketing team of www.opensea.io which is the
leading website for the launch of NFTs in the world right now.

- DEVELOPMENT :
We would be needing a website and what is called a "Smart Contract" to deploy
our NFT on the Ethereum blockchain, We've already paid developers to start work on
our website and all thats left is the smart contract
and the game development, Which is expected to cost an approx, 30-40 thousand USD.

- GIVEAWAYS AND CHARITIES :


We would organize Giveaways and charities within our community and actively on
our socials to entice buyers to procure our NFT and create some positive publicity
for us. and we expect to put as 20 thousand USD for this.
