The 3 Digital Tools for Enhancing Productivity in Writing


1. ChatGPT: ChatGPT is an advanced AI chatbot powered by GPT technology, designed to
answer human queries with high accuracy. It is a highly preferred tool for creating and
improving content, particularly in writing. One of its key uses is helping users enhance their
writing by generating clear and concise bullet points, offering feedback, and providing
suggestions to improve structure, grammar, and style which help to achieve the results more
effectively
Features and Functionalities: ChatGPT using for create content and enhancing a copy of
writing and improve vocabulary
Practical Scenario: ChatGPT generates a description and refines it based on tone adjustment
such as making it more motivational and energetic and more relative to the subject. Suggests
synonyms for repeated words and introduces more sophisticated terms like “optimize” and
“streamlined” to enhance the overall quality of the description.
2. Grammarly: Grammarly is best for grammar checking tool. The best things about
Grammarly are that it is free to use. While there are some paid and locked features that you
have to pay to access, the basic functionality is available for all and sundry.
Features and Functionalities: Accurately detects errors and provides solutions/explanations

for each error. Suggest a better tone Grammarly detects that and gives you suggestions to
change the words in order to improve the tone. You can select the tone you want from the
goals options inside the tool.
Practical Scenario: A student is writing a research paper and wants to ensure the paper is
free of plagiarism, the tone is academic, and the vocabulary and the grammar are strong.
3. Microsoft words editor: Microsoft Editor is an AI-powered service that helps bring out your
best writer in more than 20 languages, whether you are writing a Word doc, composing
an email message, or posting on a website like LinkedIn or Facebook.
