Sports event means a game, match, race or similar competitive event associated with a Governing
Body in its entirety or a particular in-game, live occurrence such as, but not limited to, a
particular play or score.

Function of Sporting Events

Planning: Planning is a process of achieving pre-determined

Controlling: The task of controlling involves establishing
standards of performance, measuring current performance, CONTROLLING
comparing it with established standards and taking corrective
actions, if there is any significant deviation between actual and
planned performance.
