You are a bastard.” Cade sneered turning on Irial.

“I did nothing wrong.” Irial said innocently locking his door.

“You did not have to tell Addy what we going to do.”

“He figured it out on his and besides he’ll have to get used to it if we
want to one day throw him back out into society.” Irial advanced on
the other man smiling.

“He’s only been awake for a short time we don’t need to be filling his
head with such naughty ideas.” Cade complained as Irial pulled the
young man’s shirt over his head.

“The boy is so intelligent I’m sure the kid knows enough naughty
things to make you blush. You like him.” Irial whispered nuzzling
Cade’s neck.

“He is interesting.” Cade stammered.

“Don’t give me that you are infatuated with him. Ever since we found
him you have not left his side.” Irial pushed Cade against the wall
letting his fingers slide down Cade’s chest.

“Well there is something about him I can’t describe. Unh can we

discuss this after.” Cade groaned as Irial’s hand slid into his pants.

“But you only answer me truthfully when I’m seducing you. Maybe
we should do this in the tub.”

“Why?” Cade groaned when Irial’s fingers wrapped around his

member.

“Because you are quite the screamer when I ride your ass.”

“Fuck you.” Cade growled

“Oh don’t worry I plan on it.” Irial chuckled yanking off Cades pants
and pushing him towards the bed.
Irial was always rough with Cade after he dealt with the young mans
father. That was just the reaction they both had when the General
came around. Everyone knew Irial’s sexual preference after they
caught him screwing around with another soldier in the locker room
one day after training. Cade’s father never agreed that his son was
living with a gay man but Irial had been his friend for years and they
were doing things that would make the General’s skin crawl.

Cade would not convince Irial to have him any other way after his
father had visited. All he could do was relax and let the other young
man ride him till he was spent. When the two were finished Cade
quickly showered and returned to his room.

Adonis was sitting quietly letting his fingers inspect the sheets he was
sitting on. When Cade entered the room Adonis smile reaching out for
Cade’s hand. Cade eased himself into the room wincing if he stepped
to hard. He took Adonis’s hand gently and settled onto the bed.

“He was rough with you.” Adonis looked at Cade with concern.

“He dealt with my father today he was allowed to be as rough as he

wanted.” Cade said groaning as he tried to find a comfy position.

“Did he tear you?” Adonis looked into Cades eyes making the young
man’s heart skip a beat

“No Irial wouldn’t be that mean, don’t worry I’m fine.” Cade gasped
when Adonis leaned forward and slipped a hand under the back of
Cade’s shirt.

Tingles shot up Cade’s back as Adonis’s fingers probed the skin.

Adonis pulled the soldier closer to him using both his hands to search
Cade’s back. The tingling was replace by pain that shot up his back
causing him to wince. Just as Cade was about to pull away Adonis
pressed on a particularly painful spot. With a small pop all the pain
was gone when he moved, shifting his hips Cade examined the pain
only to find soreness common with sex.
“Thank you, what did you do?” Cade asked turning towards the silver
haired boy.

“I just worked a pressure point to block the pain.” Adonis smiled

reaching up to touch Cade’s cheek. “You should rest and let your body
heal.”

“But I’m not injured.” Cade responded with a yawn. He slid next to
Adonis resting his head on the soft pillow. The last though he had as
he fell asleep was how the boy he had been given to care for was
surprising him more and more everyday.

Cade woke to find that he had slept through the rest of the day and
into the next morning. Adonis sat next to him with a small frown on
his face and he had a distance look on his face as if he was
remembering a bad memory. Sitting up Cade groaned as the pain
returned and he forced himself out of bed and into the bathroom.

Returning to his room he found Irial leaning on his dresser. The man
glanced over at Cade before his eyes settled on the window. Adonis
was staring at Irial with a frustrated look clearly upset over what had
been said or done while Cade was in the bathroom. Cade ignored the
two of them pushing Irial out of the way so he could grab some
clothes and dress himself.

Looking over his two housemates Cade decided he didn’t want to get
in the middle of whatever it was they had been arguing about. He went
to the kitchen and searched the cabinets for something to eat. Finding
nothing he settled on making some eggs. Irial walked into the kitchen
just as Cade shut the refrigerator door.

“So I’m sorry I hurt you yesterday.” Irial mumbled causing Cade to
turn around.
“You didn’t hurt me.” Cade said calmly realizing that that was what
him and Adonis were discussing this morning.

“Yeah well I just got a fucking lecture from a kid who has lived in a
glass tube all his life about how I will break you if I keep fucking you
so rough.” Irial growled.

“He got all that from just a little soreness.” Cade chuckled receiving a
glare from Irial.

“Was I really that rough?”

“Not any rougher than usual, maybe it was the position I was in. Still
in a bit of pain.” Irial grumbled another apology then forced Cade to
sit at the table while he cooked breakfast. “Maybe I should carry Addy
down here, just so he can get out of the room.”

“That sounds like a good idea but I’ll carry him since I abused you last
night.” Irial turned and placed two eggs on a plate along with some
bacon and set it in front of Cade.

“You didn’t abuse me and I can carry the boy, ahh.” Irial poked the
spot on Cade’s back that sent a searing pain up his back.

“I’ll carry him and you can rest.”

“Stop treating me like a woman.” Cade growled.

“If you don’t agree to relaxing for the next few days I’ll take you
upstairs and force you to please me like a woman should please a
man!” Irial snapped.

Cade rolled his eyes but agreed to let his body recover from last
night’s events. Once they finished breakfast Irial went to retrieve
Adonis and Cade settled himself on the couch in the living room.
Moments later Irial reappeared with Adonis in tow. The sliver haired
boy looked around the room with great interest. Adonis was placed on
the couch next to Cade and Irial took a seat in a chair.
“How are you feeling?” Adonis asked attempting to move closer to
Cade but had no strength to do so.

“That’s what I’m supposed to ask you.” Cade sighed taking a hold of
Aiden and setting him on his lap.

“I am fine but I was not the one who endured rough treatment last
night.” Adonis said cuddling against Cade’s chest.

Cade stared at his friend in the chair who was looking very upset.
“Listen Addy I’m fine but I wish you wouldn’t refer to last night as
rough treatment.”

Adonis turned his blue eyes towards Cade then followed the young
man’s gaze to Irial who was attempting to sink into the chair. The boy
stared at Irial for a moment before he realization crossed his face.

“I see I am being rude. I am sorry Irial I understand that you were not
trying to hurt my keda and I do not mean to hurt your feelings.”

“Your what?” Irial asked sitting up and staring at Adonis.

“My keda it means, well I don’t really know what it means nor do I
know why it came to mind when I thought of Cade but I like it. I shall
call you that from now on.”

Cade looked down at the boy in his arms who smiled and tried to press
himself closer to Cade. Cade would have to look the word up later.
Just then the front door opened and Emily stepped into the house with
Paddington in hand. Both soldiers decided to leave their dog with
Jessica for a time so the friendly pet didn’t overwhelm Adonis.

The dog trotted over to Cade first and licked the man’s arm whining to
be pet. Adonis shrunk away from the dog but relaxed when Cade
greeted the animal with a pat on the head. After Paddy was done with
Cade he moved to Irial, jumping in the man’s lap.

“He was very upset that you sent him away.” Emily explained smiling
at Cade and the boy in his lap. “He would sit at the window and watch
for you to come out of the house.”
“Thanks for watching him Emily I think he’ll be ok now.” Cade
smiled at the young girl who stood staring at Adonis. “Um this is
Adonis, Addy this is Emily. She watches the house when we are
away.”

“It’s nice to finally meet you.” Emily smiled. Adonis just turned and
buried his face in Cade’s chest causing Cade to roll his eyes.

Adonis wasn’t shy to anyone else he had met why was he all of a
sudden hiding with Emily? Emily just giggled and dropped herself in
the recliner that was next to the couch. Flipping on the tv she turned it
to the news and laid back with a sigh.

“Is everything all right Em?” Irial asked.

“I just want to stay for a little while. My mother has a ‘friend’ over
and I don’t want to hear them.” Emily explained sadly.

“If you need to you can spend the night.” Cade said running his finger
s up Adonis’s arm.

“I may have to take you up on that offer. Mother has had many friends
visit and I would like to sleep at least one night.” Emily sighed.

Adonis reached up and grazed his fingers across Cade’s chin. When
Cade looked down the boy gave him a questioning look. Cade just
shook his head he would explain Emily’s situation to him later. Emily
hoped out of the chair and into the kitchen, after a few minutes of
banging cabinets she emerged empty handed.

“You have no food.” She protested. “I’m going shopping for you right
now.”

“I’ll go with you that way we can take the car.” Irial said quickly
jumping out of the chair he was in and left the house with Emily
running after him.

Cade sighed and slumped onto the couch, he was alone with a young
boy who questioned everything and pestered Cade till he was
answered. Along with a needy dog who was now curled next to the
couch staring at his master.

“We are alone?” Adonis asked.

“Yes we’re alone.”

“Are you upset with me?”

“No Addy why would I be upset with you?”

“No reason I was just curious. The dog, are you going to eat it?” The
question made Cade stare at the boy in his lap.

“No we are not going to eat the dog. His name is Paddington, Paddy
for short, he is our pet.”

“Pet?”

“Yes he is apart of our family.”

“You seem very busy to have a dog.”

“Yes well I kind of found him tied to a tree as a puppy and a bunch of
kids were throwing rocks at him. I chased the kids off and took him
home, Irial gave me quite a lecture.” Cade chuckled.

“So you have a knack for picking up strays.” Adonis whispered.

“You are not a stray and Paddy is certainly not one either.” Cade said
sternly.

“Why did you take me in?” Adonis asked locking his blue eyes onto
Cade’s.

Cade honestly didn’t know why he volunteered to take the boy in.
Was it the odd feeling he got every time he looked at the boy, or the
tingling he felt when their skin touched or maybe it was just the fact
that he truly wanted a change in his boring life.
“When I saw you at the lab you were in I just felt something and I
can’t explain it but when they asked who wanted to take you I
volunteered.” Adonis took Cade’s hand in his and laced their fingers
together.

“It’s weird how every time our skin touches I feel this odd tingling. Is
that normal?”

“I feel it to Addy, I don’t know what it is but I have never felt it with
anyone else.” Cade sighed he did not want to answer these questions
he couldn’t answer.

“What do you think it means?”

“I don’t know Addy.” Cade rested his head on top of Adonis’s

breathing in the boys scent.

The two sat quietly until Cade’s legs began to complain about their
uncomfortable position. Lifting Adonis off the couch Cade stood
setting the boy back down and moving into the kitchen. Placing his
head on the counter Cade tried to sort out what was going on between
him and Adonis. By then Emily and Irial had returned with promises
of a great dinner.

“I say he’s well enough to start standing and walking around on his
own.” Dr. Marco said smiling. Adonis had only been on bed rest for a
few days and he was improving faster than anyone had though.

“I’m glad I was worried my muscles would atrophy before I was able
to stand on my own two feet.” Adonis sighed.

“Well that is what I want to avoid. Cade why don’t you try getting
him to stand when Jessica arrives later. She will be able to explain
how to help him. I don’t need to see him anymore but please call if
something happens. You two are doing a good job with him.”
“Thank you sir.” Cade and Irial said in unison as Dr. Marco stood and
left the room.

“Well Jessica wont be here for another few hours, do you need
anything?” Cade asked turning back to Adonis.

Adonis gave Irial a look that clearly stated he wanted the young man
to leave. Getting the point quickly Irial gave Cade an odd look before
leaving the room. Adonis motioned for Cade to come to the bed and
sit. Before Cade could take a seat Adonis had their lips locked
together. For someone with hardly any strength the boy seemed to
easily drag Cade into kissed.

Cade whimpered when Adonis’s tongue pressed into his mouth. He

wasn’t sure if he should be allowing the boy to do such a thing but he
didn’t have the will to pull away. The kiss deepened and the tingling
feeling Cade usually had when they touched turned into a passionate
fire that spread downward.

Cade had to force himself away from other boy as thoughts of other
things he wanted to do to the boy passed through his mind. Adonis
stared at Cade in confusion reaching out to grab Cade as he tried to
back away. Cade was dragged onto the bed where Adonis climbed on
top of him.

“I saw what you were thinking and I wish you would.” Adonis
whispered pressing his lips to Cade’s neck.

“Addy stop you shouldn’t do this.” Cade tried to push the boy away
but Adonis was able to pin Cade’s hands above his head.

Fear coursed through Cade’s body, though he had thoughts about

being with Adonis he didn’t want it to be forced. Adonis was pulling
Cade’s shirt up so he could kiss and nip at the skin. The tingles were
becoming too painful to bear and his body was aching with need. But
Cade didn’t want it this way he wanted more time to think about what
was going on. Doing the only thing he could think of Cade shut down
giving Adonis no reaction. When the other boy noticed that Cade had
stopped moving he pulled away.
“What is wrong my keda don’t you want this?” Adonis’s voice had
become deeper and more sensual. Cade couldn’t figure out what was
going on but he needed it to stop.

“No Adonis I don’t want this. I never thought you would be one to
rape me.” Adonis pulled away in shock. Cade didn’t give the boy a
chance to say anything he bolted from the bed and searched the house
for Irial. He found the boy sitting in his study. So overcome with need
Cade jumped the boy dragging him to Irial’s room stating that they
would be spending the night together.
