Confined Space Person In Charge
專業工作守則（程序）- 密 閉 空 間 負 責 人

工作前 Before Work:


❑ 確保已經完成風險評估的程序及確保風險評估內的控制措施經已執行
❑ Ensure you have completed a risk assessment for the confined space before commencing work and ensure that all
control measures identified within the risk assessment are in place before commencing work.
❑ 確定密閉空間的工作許可證已經辦妥
❑ Ensure a confined space permit to work is in place before commencing work.
❑ 更新員工進出密閉空間的登記表
❑ Keep an updated register of all workers entering & leaving the confined space.
❑ 確保於密閉空間工作的員工依照風險評估的工作指引下工作
❑ Ensure all work instructions identified within the method statement and risk assessment are followed by workers
inside the confined space.
❑ 確保所有員工均已接受密閉空間訓練及領有認可証書
❑ Ensure all workers have received confined space training and hold a recognised certificate.
❑ 確保於密閉空間工作前已向所有員工作概括的說明
❑ Ensure all workers receive adequate briefings before commencing the confined space work.
❑ 確保有適當的出入通道前往密閉空間
❑ Ensure the provision of adequate access / egress to the confined space.
❑ 確保有適當的緊急及拯救設備隨時備用
❑ Ensure adequate emergency and rescue equipment is on standby.
❑ 確保任命一個看守員留守於密閉空間的通道
❑ Ensure an appointed lookout man is stationed at the access to the confined space.
❑ 確保於工作期間有適當的 CCTV 通訊設備
❑ Ensure an adequate means of communication is established for the operation with CCTV.
❑ 確保進行持續的氣體監察
❑ Ensure conduct continuous gas monitoring
❑ 確保所有安全設備可用且運作正常
❑ Ensure all safety equi pment are available and in good working order
❑ 根據風險評估報告向 DCW 簡要介紹已識別的風險、必要的安全措施和緊急程序
❑ Having briefed DCWs of the risks identified, the necessary safet y measures and emergency
procedures as per risk assessment report
❑ 確保緊急程序到位
❑ Ensure Emergency procedures are in place

工作後 After Work:


❑ 在工作許可證撤銷後，不可再進入密閉空間內
❑ Ensure workers do not re enter the confined space after the permit has been removed.
❑ 確保所有員工均已離開密閉空間
❑ Ensure no worker is left inside the confined space after completion of work.

個人防護裝備的要求 PPE Requirements


❑ 安全帽
❑ Hard hat.
❑ 地盤所有地方均需穿上反光衣
❑ High visibility vest for all site area.
❑ 安全鞋
❑ Safety boots.
❑ 視乎工作性質穿上於風險評估內特定的個人防護設備
❑ Additional PPE as specified in the risk assessment may be required depending on the nature of the works.
