Confined Space Designated Certified Workers (DCW)
專業工作守則（程序）- 密 閉 空 間 指 定 核 准 工 人

工作前 Before Work:


❑ 確保已經完成風險評估的程序
❑ Ensure a risk assessment has been carried out for the confined space before commencing work.
❑ 確定所有在風險評估内的控制措施已做妥
❑ Ensure all control measures identified within the risk assessment are in place before commencing work.
❑ 只可於懸掛有效許可證的密閉空間才可入内工作
❑ Only work to the constraints of the issued confined space permit.
❑ 在沒有批准的情況或沒有指定合資格人士許可下，不可進入密閉空間工作
❑ Never enter or leave the confined space without the permission or knowledge of the designated competent person
in charge.
❑ 在密閉空間工作，如工人或到不適，應立即通知上司及離開現場
❑ If you feel uncomfortable or ill when working inside the confined space inform your supervisor immediately and
leave the area.
❑ 當在密閉空間工作時，在施工方法及風險評估内的所有工作指引確保執行和了解
❑ Ensure all work instructions identified within the method statement and risk assessment are followed when
working inside the confined space.
❑ 只有曾受訓及指定核准人士才可進入密閉空間
❑ Only properly trained and designated certified personnel are to enter the confined space.
❑ 必須遵照指定合資格人士的指示下工作
❑ Always follow the instructions of the confined space competent person.
❑ 須進行持續的氣體監察及工作須有 CCTV
❑ Always conduct continuous gas monitoring and carry out working with portable CCTV

工作後 After Work:


❑ 在工作許可證撤銷後，不可再進入密閉空間內
❑ Ensure workers do not re enter the confined space after the permit has been removed.

個人防護裝備的要求 PPE Requirements


❑ 安全帽
❑ Hard hat.
❑ 地盤所有地方均需穿上反光衣
❑ High visibility vest for all site area.
❑ 安全鞋
❑ Safety boots.
❑ 視乎工作性質穿上於風險評估內特定的個人防護設備-必須穿上派發給你的個人防護設備
❑ Additional PPE as specified in the risk assessment may be required depending on the nature of the works-always
wear PPE provided to you.
