I have learned that in today’s world, 21st-century soft skills are indispensable in both my
studies and future career. Firstly, communication skills are essential for my future job as an
English teacher. Since I will be verbally active in the classroom—constantly interacting
with students and colleagues—I need to learn how to explain concepts clearly and engage
students effectively. Secondly, critical thinking is crucial not only in teaching but in all
professions. This skill plays a key role in analyzing students’ needs, improving teaching
methods, and conducting research successfully. Finally, adaptability is a must-have skill
for every teacher or educator. It allows me to handle different classroom dynamics and
adjust to new teaching methods effectively. To sum up, these five 21st-century skills are
particularly valuable to me. I hope to develop and apply them efficiently in my future
career.

I want to achieve time-management skill because of some reasons: Firstly, it get things
done faster and better. Managing time well means completing tasks efficiently without
rushing or making mistakes, good time management helps me balance studying and
personal development. Secondly, it reduces stress and overwhelm. When tasks are well-
organized, there’s less pressure for me. Time management supports me in easing the
pressure of deadlines! Finally, it enables to create more spare time for me. There would be
more time for my hobbies, and self-improvement as tasks are completed on schedule.
