Dear John,
How are you these days, I hope everything is superb for you, just wanted to let
you know that the book club will stop providing one free book every month. Plus,
the order we placed will be delayed due to their delivery service, I really
frustrated and down in the dumps about this problem. I wish I could have known
this in advance. How about you? Please let me know what you think.
All the best!
Trieu Hoang.
2. Formal
Dear Sir,
My name is Trieu Hoang and I have been a member of this club for 10 months. I’m writing this letter
to express my feelings and give some my solutions about the notice that I have received from our
club.
According to the announcement. While I understand the challenges the club may be
facing, I must admit I am disappointed to hear about the discontinuation of the
monthly free book offer. This benefit has been a highlight of my membership, and I
will miss the opportunity to explore new reads without additional cost.
Additionally, the extended delivery time of 4-6 weeks is concerning. As avid readers,
we eagerly anticipate receiving our orders in a timely manner to delve into the next
literary adventure. Such delays may hinder our enthusiasm and affect our overall
experience with the club.
May I give some of my suggestions that we should we should reduce the price
instead of giving away 1 free book every month.
I hope that some my suggestions are useful for you. I’m looking forward to hearing
from you if my recommendations are accepted
Your faithfully,
Trieu Hoang.
