Primary Role
As a Software Engineer Trainee, you will be provided a unique opportunity to work as a technology
professional within our teams to gain experience. This role will join in development of design and
implementation of applications in the Odessa solution suite. As an Engineer, you will work with technical
leaders to learn and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and intelligent architecture.
The technologies you’ll use:
ASP.NET, MVC 4, SQL Server 2014, HTML5, WCF, REST API, WWF, Entity Framework, JQuery and other
modern JavaScript frameworks
What you’ll do:
o Work on active client engagements and systems implementations
o Work with a distributed engineering team to ensure a smooth development process among
onsite and offshore team members
o Maintain best practices needed to ensure on time, quality software solution deliverables
o Participate in design, code, configuration, and implementation of high-quality software solutions
o Analyze and automate tasks through scripting and tools
o Work closely with technical leaders to help develop solution architecture, core system
components and proof of concepts
o Work both autonomously and with relevant teams to tackle complex technical issues
o Participate in design, code, and QA walkthroughs and reviews
Basic Qualifications:
o BE/B.Tech: 60% academic score
o Be on track to complete your degree!
o Understanding of developing with C# and/or .NET 4.0+
o Basic demonstrated knowledge of enterprise architecture, design patterns and SOA services
