SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The study is intended to evaluate motivation of employees in the


organization. A good motivational program procedure is essential to
achieve goal of the organization. If efficient motivational programmers of
employees are made not only in this particular organization but also any
other organization; the organizations can achieve the efficiency also to
develop a good organizational culture.

Motivation has variety of effects. These effects may be seen in the context of
an individual's physical and mental health, productivity, absenteeism and
turn over. Employee delight has to be managed in more than one way. This
helps in retaining and nurturing the true believers "who can deliver value
to the organization. Proliferating and nurturing the number of "true
believers" 'is the challenge for future and present HR managers.

This means innovation and creativity. It also means a change in the gear for
HR policies and practices. The faster the organizations nurture their
employees, the more successful they will be. The challenge before HR
managers today is to delight their employees and nurture their creativity to
keep them a bloom.

This study helps the researcher to realize the importance of effective


employee motivation. This research study examines types and levels of
employee motivational programmers and also discusses management ideas
that can be utilized to innovate employee motivation. It helps to provide
insights to support future research regarding strategic guidance for
organizations that are both providing and using reward/recognition
programs.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

1. Primary objective
To study the important factors which are needed to motivate the
employees.
2. Secondary Objective.
1. To study the effect of monetary and non-monetary benefits provided
by the organization on the employee's performance.

2. To study the effect of job promotions on employees.

3. To learn the employee's satisfaction on the interpersonal


relationship exists in the organization.

4. To provide the practical suggestion for the improvement of


organization's performance.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Research methodology is a way to systematically solve research problems.


Research methodology is a science that helps studying how research is
done scientifically . This section deals with the research design to be used,
data collection methods to be used, sampling techniques to be done, field
work to be carried out, analyse and interpretation to be done, limitation
inherent in the project and finally scope of the research work are given in
this section.

Research Design
Research design is the basic framework which provides guidelines for the
rest of research process. The research design specializes the methods for
data collection and analysis. It specializes the pinpoint to carry out
research properly. The research design used in this study is descriptive.

Research Approach
Research approach is survey method and conducted by meeting each and
every respondent and collecting data from them. Data are collected through
a well-structured questionnaire.

Research Instrument
Research instrument is questionnaire. The questionnaire is structured
with a list of questions.

STATISTICAL TECHNIQUES USED


Used to understand the distribution of responses to survey questions or
other data collection methods, providing an overview of common
motivational themes.

LIMITATION OF THE STUDY

Further research is necessary to understand tipped and non-tipped


employee’s motivations. A number of issues were not explained by this
study due to limitations. Even though the researchers have put in all efforts
possible to make a reliable there can be certain limitations. The study
focused only on the Kranti Associates the opinions of the non- workers are
not collected. Kranti Associates focus on Project management consulting,
specializing in design, development, and implementation. And also, the
Kranti Associates provides various social services also but the study is
focused only on the Motivation techniques.

PROFILE OF INDUSTRY
Kranti Associates Limited is a project management consulting company
based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, established in 1989. They primarily serve both
public and private sector clients, offering services like project management,
business process reengineering, and survey/research/evaluation. The
company is also involved in training and competence development.
