 Group members. And their signatures.
2: Declaration.

Dates.
Skip few lines.
A proposal of (…………. project description).
3: Dedication.
Dedicate to those whom you cherish.
4: Acknowledgement.
Institution, groups and people who contributed directly to what you are doing, where you are collecting
data.
5: Abstract.
Executive summary of what your system does.
6: Table of contents.

Chapter One.
Introduction.
1.1 Background of the study.
When it was started, present working condition (case scenario of serving a customer).
Understand how each activity is carried out.

1.2 Problem statement.


Why are developing the system for the person/organization/company? Should be a
continuous statement with no paragraphing to help formulate.

1.3 Aims and objectives.


1.3.1 Aims – what your title achieves.
1.3.2 Objectives – limit them to a maximum of four, and at least three.
Objectives should be:
Measurable.
Specific.
Attainable.
Realistic.
Timebound.

1.4 Research methods/ acquisition methods.


Captured from objectives.
1.5 Rational / justification.
Reasons why you chose the project.
1.6 Benefits of the system.
Whom you are going to benefit by the system.
1.7 System boundary.
Limits of the system.
Assumptions.
1.8 Definition of terms.
e.g. BCCF.
acronyms etc.

1.9 Conclusion.

Chapter title to be in font 14.
Other statements to be in font 12.
Font style: times-new-roman.
