*Members of the Telangana Judges’ Association, distinguished judicial officers, colleagues, and
dear friends,*

On behalf of the Telangana Judges’ Association and all participants, I extend my deepest gratitude
to each of you for gracing this inaugural ceremony of the Biennial State Level Conference of
Telangana State Judicial Officers. Your presence has imbued this occasion with immense
significance and inspiration.

First and foremost, we are profoundly honored by the gracious presence of our Chief Guest,
Hon’ble Sri Justice Pamidighantam Sri Narasimha. Sir, your illustrious journey and contributions to
the judiciary, both at the national and state levels, serve as a beacon for all legal professionals.
Your insightful address today has undoubtedly set a visionary tone for this conference, urging us to
reflect on justice, integrity, and the evolving role of the judiciary.

To our Guest of Honour, Hon’ble Sri Justice Sujoy Paul, Acting Chief Justice of the Telangana High
Court, we express heartfelt thanks for your steadfast leadership and unwavering support to the
judicial fraternity. Your guidance continues to fortify our resolve to uphold the principles of justice
and fairness, and your words today have reinforced our commitment to judicial excellence.

We are equally grateful to our Special Guest, Hon’ble Sri Justice K. Lakshman, for enriching this
gathering with your wisdom and experience. Your dedication to the judiciary and your
