NITCON Limited is looking for a suitable and qualified eligible candidate for the following
position:-
Senior Manager (Consulting)
a) Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/ Graduate and MBA from reputed Universities
established by law in India.

b) Experience / Desirable Requirements:

i) Experience:
 Minimum 10 years of experience in areas like Consulting, Business Development, Skill
development, multi-sector experience for preparing DPRs, Feasibility Reports,
responses to RFPs/Tender, formulation of project proposals, supervision of
projects/programs, prepare strategic & operational plans.
 Conversant with preparation of proposals and negotiation with clients to finalize
business deals.
 Responsible for generating business and to supervise execution.
 Persons having experience of working with Government Organization, Central/ State
Public Sector Companies, Govt. Autonomous bodies and Banks, would be given
preference.

ii) Desirable requirements:

 Have knowledge of Govt. Policies, Procedures and Procurement norms.

c) Skill Set looking for:

Having analytical bent of mind, strong in data collation & analysis, have good
interpersonal & communication (verbal & written) skills, creative thinking, business
acumen, client/stakeholder management, leadership skills and should be self-starter.
a) Age (As on 01.01.2025): Maximum 40 years

d) Pay Package:
In the below mentioned CPSE pay scale, to be fixed in commensuration with the
qualification and experience of the candidate: -

of the job.
