In response to your inquiry and with due respect we submit this offer of warehouse in plot no 3650287 –
Al Quoz for your kind consideration and approval.
Warehouse Reference : Unit No. 32 & 33 (Electrical capacity 30 KW Only for Each Warehouse)
Utilities, Sublease Charges, VAT, and/or any other government charges &
Tenant Pay’s : Service Charges to be paid by Tenant.
1. Provisions for offices are provided but to be constructed by the tenant
on their cost.
2. NOC to be secured from Owner before any modification and additions
in the warehouse.
Other Terms & conditions : 3. The 10% security deposit is Non-Refundable if the tenant fails to
execute the lease agreement.
4. DEWA meter approvals & installation will be the responsibility of the
Tenant.
5. The tenant confirms that they have thoroughly conducted all requisite
inquiries with all the relevant local governing authorities and
confirmed the permissibility of their planned business activity on the
premises before proceeding with payment of the non-refundable
booking amount.
Please provide the following details before signing the lease agreement
1. Customer profile in UAE if not available then internationally
2. Bank Statement UAE or International.
3. UAE trade license
4. Power Requirement
5. Previous Rental History (Existing Landlord Local or Intl).
6. Business Insurance to be provided after signing Lease agreement.
7. Business Model & Expansion plan if the Tenant is establishing the company 1st time in UAE.
8. References in UAE.
9. Initial application enclosed with this offer letter.
Please note that Terms of this offer are ‘subject to contract’ & ‘availability’.
To reserve the unit, the tenant must remit a non-refundable deposit amount of AED 56,000/- to the
Landlord's designated bank account, as specified in the attached bank account detail information below
and affection plan. Additionally, the tenant is required to sign, stamp the offer letter and return it back
to the Landlord.
