Job Title: Business Development Executive [ B2B Outreach ]

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

●​ Identify and target potential B2B partners such as educational institutions, coaching
centers, and businesses offering educational solutions.
●​ Visit client locations for in-person meetings to discuss partnership opportunities and present
product offerings.
●​ Present and demonstrate how our platform can help businesses offer accredited online UG
and PG programs to their students or clients.
●​ Develop strong business relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions and
other B2B partners.
●​ Negotiate agreements and close deals to drive partnerships and revenue.
●​ Maintain a robust CRM database with detailed lead information and sales progress.
●​ Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly outreach and sales targets.
●​ Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve outreach strategies and
ensure alignment with market needs.

Requirements:

●​ Proven experience in B2B sales or outreach, ideally in the education or technology sector.
●​ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse
audiences.
●​ Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for the education sector.
●​ Knowledge of the Indian education system, particularly in online learning, is a plus.
●​ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
●​ Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
●​ Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach projects.
●​ Mandatory: Bike and valid driving license (for client visits).

Preferred Qualifications:

●​ Previous experience in education technology or EdTech.


●​ Understanding of online education trends, UG, and PG programs in India.
