We are surveying about Agora,mirpur zoo road and Swapno,Panthopoth. Then we make
this report based on their mission and vision,Product layout,Supply chain,SWOT
analysis,Cutomers service and Conclusion.The report is given below for you reference.
Agora
Introduction:
The retail chain or Rahimafrooz Superstores Limited under the brand Agora had been started in
the year 2001. This has been the most dramatic shift in Rahimafrooz’s interests as it
represented a diversification from its main competencies power and the industrial
sector.Rahimafrooz was incorporated as a trading company in 1954, from then on, it has grown
quite rapidly, collaborating with Lucas, U.K for distribution and manufacture of lead acid
batteries in the country, owning exclusive rights for the distribution of DUNLOP Tyres in the
country and collaborating with Chloride Group, U.K. among other.Agora is the brand name
given to Rahimafrooz Superstore, an exclusive venture of Rahimafrooz group.
Agora is a Greek word-meaning gathering place or a bazaar or marketplace.
Mission and Vision: The undertaking became to satisfy the simple purchasing wishes of city
clients via way of means of providing truthful prices, an appropriate product assortment, and the
nice and most up to date merchandise to create a profitable purchasing experience. The
imaginative and prescient became to construct a enterprise that complements the nice of
lifestyles for each clients and employees.

Itinerary and Dental & Supplement are in same section but in opposite side.
Cooking products- Different kinds of spices from different brand such as Radhuni, pran, BD,
Akij.
Dental & supplement:
Colgate, pepsodent, sensodyne,close up, mediplus.
Horlicks, bournvita etc.
Then we find the large amount of cosmetics product in one in different sun section varies from
female to male.
The cosmetics section is divided into sub-sections which are given below.

Beverage & lactose segment:
Pepsi, cocacola, sprite,mountain dew, frutika, fanta, matha, choklate shake, arong dairy
products, Igloo ice cream, polar ice cream.
The left side is specially dedicated to groceries section.
Groceries- vegetables, spinach, Plain rice, basmati rice, polao rice, different kinds of lentils, big
fish, small fish, river fish, chicken, mutton, beef.
At the last of right is decorated with crockeries item sus as plate, bowl, fri pen, Dinner set,
spoon set, backing item, measurements item, glass, Tea pot, fruit busked etc.
At the last middle point is decorated with children, new born, elder milk & liquid protein item.
Supply chain of Agora:Supply chain strategy of Agora Here we will mainly discuss the
distribution process of Agora‘s product to their customer. Actually Agora doesn‘t produce any
product. They buy their product from local market than they refine their product for their
customer. Then they store their product at their show room. Then they rearrange their product
under their whole branches. Then they sell their product to their customer. Their main motive is
―we will your product.

Customer’s Service: Agora's customers service is very good.They always take care of their
customers.They are always trying to keep good relationship with customers and want to make

for payment they allow neumerious credit and devit cards.
Conclusion:Agora Ltd. is an enterprise that combines industry and trade, mainly engages in
retailing the quality products at the most lowest price in the market. The management of Agora,

Introduction:
Shwapno is one of the most popular super shop in our country. Shwapno is operated by ACI
logistics limited. They have a very large number of outlets in different parts of our country. They
have more than 200 outlets and about 4300 employee all around the country. Since 2008,
Shwapno has been providing our customers with the very best fresh produce, local and
imported household needs, as well as an exquisite range of fashions, home accessories,
appliances, and more. In 2016, Shwapno joined Global G.A.P, the leading private sector body
addressing the crucial objectives of ensuring safe, sustainable agriculture worldwide.

Supply chain: shwapno is business unit of ACI logistics ltd. Supply chain is the managemnt of
material and information flow both in and between facilities. Shwapno carries a well planned
study chain managment. Shwapno establishes long term relation with suppliers and help
suppliers to improve product quality.
Supply chain divided into 3 parts. Products arrives in head office. After checking the products it
goes to the area distribution centre. Distribution manager distributes products in outlets in his
area.
