COMMUNICATION CHANNELS AND WORKSHEET SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Dear Parent (KG to XII),

We are pleased to share important updates regarding the communication protocols and worksheet
submission guidelines. Kindly take note of the following:

1. Communication Update: For the time being all communications will be done through WhatsApp.
2. Parent Contact Information: WhatsApp communication is carried out using the parent contact
numbers (father and mother) provided during admission. Please avoid altering your registered
contact numbers.

[For UKG to XII],

3. Worksheet Completion: Students are required to write only the answers to the worksheets
shared, as applicable to your ward.
4. Notebook Specification: Worksheets should be completed in the St. John's 192-pages notebook
provided in the stationery set. If needed, you may purchase this notebook separately from the
school's stationery depot. You may choose to print out the worksheet and complete it at your
convenience.
5. Regular Practice: Please encourage your ward to complete the worksheets daily to maintain a
disciplined academic routine.
6. Submission: The completed worksheet notebook must be submitted to your class teachers on the
last working day. These notebooks will be corrected and returned back on the date of re-opening.

Note: For lodging complaints you may send a WhatsApp message directly to the Correspondent &
Senior Principal at 99620 20000.

Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is essential to streamline communication and foster your
ward’s academic progress.
