1. GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS


a. The length of the report may be about 10 pages.
b. The project report must be submitted 1 copy per group.
c. Following typing Instructions should be followed.
i. One and a half spacing should be used for typing the general text. The
general text shall be justified and typed in the Font style ‘Times New
Roman’ and Font size 12. ii. Subheading shall be typed in the Font style
‘Times New Roman’ and Font size 14 and bold. iii. Heading shall be typed in
the Font style ‘Times New Roman’ and Font size 16 and bold.

2. COMPONENTS OF A PROJECT REPORT

The sequence in which the project report material should be arranged


and bound is as follows:

1. Cover Page & Title page


2. Certificate by the Guide
3. Declaration by the Student
4. Acknowledgment
5. Table of Contents
6. Chapters

3. PREPARATION FORMAT
a. Cover Page (Title Page): Title, Name of the Candidate (University roll No.),
Name of Guide, Regional center name with University Name (and emblem) and
Place, Month and Year of submission. (Refer Annexure- I)
b. Certificate by the Guide: Refer Annexure-II
c. Declaration by the Student: Refer Annexure- III
d. Acknowledgements: The candidate may thank all those who helped in the
preparation of project.

e. Table of Contents: Refer Annexure-IV


f. Main Body of the Project: This is core aspect of your project giving in detail
your project work. The project may be divided into 3 to 4 Chapters with suitable
Titles, the first Chapter being Introduction and the last being Conclusion & Future
scope.
Kindly refer the project format below. The yellow highlighted part is only for your reference.
