The witness with her company Maeleen Ferrer single 21 years old, and a resident of
_____ City of San Fernando are heading home when they saw the victim’s bag in the
middle of the lane and just steps away is the victim’s undressed body lying and full of
blood. On which on the same state a man named Raffy Guinto breathing hardly and
suddenly ran away from the crime scene.

PLACE OF INCIDENT: Criminology Building, UEP ZONE 3, UEP Town, Catarman Northern
Samar.
SUSPECT/S: Kevin Lopez Castillo
VICTIM/COMPLAINANT: Belinda Infante Chin, 20 years old, single, a criminology student,
and a resident of Avelino Street, Brgy. Airport, Catarman Northern Samar.

NARRATIVE

The complainant reported through a cellphone call before this office and reported that on
the aforesaid time, date and place of incident, while he left the post fow while then came
back and saw the janitor of the Criminology Building suspiciously running away from the
female comfort room and rapidly rode his motorcycle containing the plate number of
548HQK Rusi Macho 125 with a broken side mirror. Complainant immediately checked
the exit point of the janitor and saw a lying unconscious female body with the head
covered with blood.
