RE: END OF TERM THREE 2024 NEWS LETTER:


Receive our greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We have come to the end of Term three 2024
successfully, owing all this to God who has been with us the whole year.
Kindly note the following;
1. OPENING DATES
The school closes today 18th October, 2024 and officially opens on 6th, January, 2025 for Term one 2025.
2. SCHOOL FEES
We thank all the parents who cleared fees for term three. We urge parents with fees balances to make effort and
clear before opening for term one 2025.
Kindly note that we also accept cereals such as maize, beans, millet, firewood and sorghum for fee payment at
market price.
We request parents to at least pay 60% of fees at the beginning of the term to help us plan well .
Below is a schedule of the fees structure 2025;

EXAMS/ASSESSMENTS
The 2024 grade 6 class will be starting their National KPSEA exams from 28th October to 30th October, 2024.
We pray for the success of our very first class.
Grades 3 to 5 did their CBA examinations and their marks uploaded.
2025 grade 3 class: Registration of the learners will take place, please provide birth certificates for your child on
opening.
3. EXTRA LEARNING MATERIALS
Kindly conduct your class teacher for a list of relevant text books you need to purchase for your child to enhance
learning. Consider buying English and Kiswahili story books to enhance literacy skills of your child.
4. COMPUTER
We did purchase the desk top computer to enhance computer and IT literacy among our learners. This exposes them
to practical aspects of IT.
OTHER SUPPORT PROGRAMME FUNDS/ ITEMS TO BE PAID ARE:
6.1 EXAM FEE

 PG/PP1 /PP2 – 200/- per term


 GRADE 1-2 – 200/- per term
 GRADE 3 TO 6- 700/-

6.2 SCHOOL UNIFORM


We urge the parents to provide full school uniforms for the learners. This acts as security as well as portraying the
school in a good marketable picture. The school uniform is obtained in school.
The charges for school uniforms are,

6.3 GAMES KIT

We have designed the Track suits, T-shirts and games shorts for the learners. These items are branded with the
school logo and available in school. We therefore request parents to make an effort and provide them to our learners.

PG/PP1/PP2 T-shirt and Short 700/-

GRADE 1 – GRADE 6- 800/-

Track suit ( Maroon with white stripes) – 1500/-.

6.4 FOOD STUFF

We wish to sincerely thank you parent for supporting the school programme by providing food items for our
learners. Remember, good nutrition enhances adequate learning. We however note with great concern that some
parents never supplied the required portions of food items in full, making us struggle to feed our learners
especially the last 3 weeks to closing.
Kindly pay food stuffs as follows;
Maize – 5 koros
Beans – 3 koros
Wimbi – 1koro
Rice – 2 kg
Sugar – 2kg

6.5 REMEDIALS

The remedial programme has been helpful to our learners in trying to boost their learning capabilities at various
levels besides bolstering the syllabus coverage. Thanks to you parent for supporting this programme. The
programme runs from ECD to Grade 6, at a fee of KES. 1000 per term.

6.6 GRADUATIONS FOR PP2

Graduation fee for PP2- 2,500/-

6.7 TOURS

We appreciate parents for the support you gave in exposing our learners to various outdoor experiences. Some of the
areas visited were Zion resort at Sikata, the resort at Lurende among others. We hope to do better in 2025.
