POSITION TITLE: Sales/Marketing Officer

LOCATION: Abuja
COMPANY OVERVIEW: E15 Technologies Limited is a dynamic IT firm specializing
in Web Design and Development, Managed IT Services, IT Consulting, Web Hosting,
etc. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/Marketing Officer to join
our dedicated team of professionals. This role will be pivotal in driving our
marketing strategies and increasing sales through both online and offline channels.

JOB SUMMARY: The Sales/Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and
implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our products and
services. This individual will work closely with the management team to identify
market opportunities, engage potential clients, and enhance brand visibility across
various platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Market Research:
o Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs,
and competitive landscape.

o Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and product development.

2. Digital Marketing:
o Develop and manage online marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM,
email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.

o Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google


Analytics) to optimize user experience and conversion rates.

o Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand


awareness and engagement.

3. OFFLINE MARKETING:
o Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as trade shows,
networking events, workshops, and print advertising.

o Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to foster


partnerships that can lead to new business opportunities.
4. SALES STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT:
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
that align with overall business goals.

o Identify potential leads through various channels (online research,


networking events) and follow up on inquiries.

5. BRAND MANAGEMENT:
o Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and
communications.

o Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations


that effectively communicate the value of our products/services.

6. PERFORMANCE TRACKING & REPORTING:


o Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through KPIs (Key
Performance Indicators) such as lead generation rates, conversion
rates, customer acquisition costs.

o Prepare regular reports on campaign performance for management


review.

7. COLLABORATION & TEAMWORK:


o Work closely with other departments (e.g., product development,
customer service) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with
company objectives.

o Participate in team meetings to share insights from market research or


campaign performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

 Proven experience in sales or marketing roles; experience in the IT industry is


a plus.

 Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.

 Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).


 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
 Analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
 Creative thinking for developing innovative marketing strategies.
 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
