Acknowledgments

Profound gratitude goes to Marie Sprayberry and Barbara Watkins of

The Guilford Press, who have done a simply wonderful job of editing this
book. Any writing or coding errors are mine, but my expectation is that
there will be few because of the diligence and skill of these two stalwarts
of accuracy and clarity.
