6 Groups Groups will be made by the trainer and participants will be placed in
breakout rooms. Participants shall follow the instructions of the trainer

7 Case studies Case studies will be solved by participants and the same to be presented
using Breakout Rooms / AV / Screen Sharing features

9 Chat Box Can be used to park questions, which can be used to address at
appropriate times.

10 Sharing Screen Both Trainer and Participants can use sharing option to present
Trainer will provide screen sharing rights when needed.

11 Breakout Room: Will be used for exercises and workshops

when one needs to answer / speak.

13 Polling Trainer can frame questions for revisions and can publish a poll to the
participants for answering. Results of the polling can be shared.

14 Whiteboard Whiteboard in the Zoom application can be used by the trainer to explain
the concepts.
Also, can invite participant to access the whiteboard and to participate in
the discussion.
Use of other formats such as Word / Excel / PPT are also acceptable.
