Hi Banna Susheel,

This is to bring to your attention that you have been absent from work without any prior notice or intimation since 6th Aug 2024.

As per our records, you have not reported to work for 23 consecutive days, nor have you informed the management or your reporting
manager of the reason for your absence.

We tried to reach you through phone calls, emails, and messages, but there has been no response from your side. Your absence
without prior notice or approval is in violation of company policy, and it is considered as absconding from duty.

We regret to inform you that due to your unexplained absence, we consider you to have absconded from your position effective
immediately, therefore as per company policy your salary will be on hold & won’t be release in nearby future.

Please contact us to discuss the next steps and settle any outstanding matters , letter is attached for your reference.
