To lay only approximately 98m of paving on driveway, pathways
and pergola area. Pavers to be butt jointed and laid on bedding
sand with hidden concrete edge restraints using pavers chosen by
the client. $2160.00

PART 2

To supply and lay approximately 675m of green couch turf. Turf
laid on A grade topsoil and sand mix and will be rolled, fertilized
and watered. $4000.00

PART 3
To construct approximately 45 Lm of grout jointed header course
paved edge, laid on an angle on a concrete base. Pavers to be
supplied by client. $540.00

PART 4

To construct approximately 60m of garden beds using organic
garden soil and 1” hoop pine mulch, including planting out and
fertilizing using $200.00 worth of plants as discussed by client and
myself. $1200.00
PART 5
Installation of micro irrigation system, hand operated throughout all
garden beds. Irrigation equipment supplied by client.
$120.00

PART 6
All clean up work and finishing including all excavation work and
removal of excess material plus delivery of materials to site. Not
including builders site clean up at commencement of job to remove
building materials. $365.00

30% to be paid on commencement of work
Progressive payment to be paid at end of first week which is
mutually agreeable to the client and myself
