Dear Dr. Igors Cernovs:

Thank you for selecting FlightSafety as your professional training partner. Please review this training
confirmation and call us as soon as possible if you have any questions, changes, additional requirements or
if you wish to cancel this training.

Applicable aviation regulations limit the number of individuals that can be trained in any single training event
making reservation management critical to ensuring training availability. If this reservation is subsequently
cancelled, the following cancellation fees will be applied based on the applicable training event price: (i) 50%
for cancellations between thirty (30) and fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the training start date; and (ii)
100% for cancellations made within thirteen (13) calendar days of the training start date. For the avoidance
of doubt, rescheduling of training by the Customer or Client within thirty (30) calendar days of the training
start will be treated as a cancellation. Customer's training slot for the date, program, and location is forfeited
by Customer immediately upon cancellation and may be filled immediately by FlightSafety in its sole
discretion. The fees stated in this section will apply regardless of whether FlightSafety is able to fill
Customer's forfeited slot.
