Dear Savita,
We are pleased to offer you the position of in Kitchen & Back of House Division.
1) Compensation
Your fixed annual cost to company will be INR 812,600.00. A detailed break-up of the remuneration, as
agreed upon, will be shared along with the letter of appointment.
2) Performance Linked Incentive Plan (PLI)
You are eligible for a target PLI of 10% of the Fixed Cost to Company. The payouts under the PLI Plan
are variable in nature and are dependent upon your individual performance. Company reserves the right
to change, alter, modify or delete any provisions of the Incentive Program at any time, with or without prior
notice. In case an eligible employee joins in the middle of the financial year then PLI payout will be
calculated on prorated basis from the actual date of joining.
3) Organization Bonus
You are eligible for an Organization Bonus of 5% of the Fixed Cost to Company. The payout and
disbursal of Organization Bonus is subject to the discretion of management.
Your scheduled start date will be on or before 03/02/2025 . Please sign and return a copy of this letter as
a token of acceptance.
